Soo cute! I have purchased from this site several times & I have loved every product. The dresses are made with great quality materials & last longer than any fast fashion site that I have shopped on in the past.
My parcel never arrived after 3 months. I had chased up by email several times as directed by the tracking app (there's a "contact us" option that takes you straight to email) however once I contacted them by text I'm told they don't accept emails!? In 2022..really? So international customers are expected to use text still which is expensive. Customer service was slow and rude. Very confrontational when I asked for an explanation as to why the tracking app says my parcel is being returned to their address and it was clearly written in anger. Overall a really stressful and poor experience. A Shame because I'd been waiting for a reason to buy from them for some time and I was excited.
