Staff was very helpful helping me along the way. Great customer service which I appreciate in today's world. The hardcover had a little bit of damage however, the book was for me and if it were for resale, I would have asked for a new copy and I'm sure they would have replaced it.

Great functionality to be creative

Fun to make and lots of cool features

This is the first time I created a picture book and Mixbook made it a pretty straightforward and kinda fun process.

I created the book for my wife's birthday so I needed the book by a specific date, but as I was working on it I ran into issues obtaining some of the pictures, which put me in a time bind. I paid for the expedited shipment but that was only going to get the book to me on my wife's birthday, not in time for the big reveal. So I emailed Mixbook and asked if any way to expedite and they got it to me two days earlier than originally scheduled -- much appreciated!

Easy to use, lots of options, downloading of photos is easy to do, access to optional titles and comments, good pricing, good coupons, and shipping is fast.

Picture quality was poor. The pictures are blury. Would not order again.

I’ve been using Mixbook for years! So many different options for backgrounds, stickers, etc. Love the templates and the themes that assist me with creating my own photo books. Their format is easy to use/follow. Quality is excellent! I’d recommend Mixbook to anyone (& I have, actually).

The program is easy to use. There are many options for pages style, color, cover, font etc. The final result is beautiful. This is the 4th book we've created with Mixbook and show them off on our coffee table.

It's great. I've made about 50 Mixbooks over the years. The books are great quality. The templates are very manueverable. I've used other sites. Nothing beats Mixbook.

Horrible. Do not use this company. I paid $260 for a book that included another family’s photos. Based on another recent review here, it seems like the family got my family’s beach vacation photos mixed up in their book too.

Customer service responded immediately, issued a $50 credit and claimed they will send out a new book at no cost with express shipping. We’ll see. I feel like this type of mix up is inexcusable. I am also writing to say that I did destroy the book because it’s weird that I received photos of people I don’t know.

Mixbook printed a true "mixbook". After spending hours making a 90 page book, they printed the first 11 pages of my book and mixed in another families beach vacation into my book. Took no accountability. Paid for rush shipping as the book was needed for a specific date/celebration and now I will not have the product I ordered. No urgency to correct the issue and customer service is AI based and overseas, no actual person to speak with over the phone to resolve the issues. If i could give them negative stars I would.

This is the 2nd book I’ve done through Mixbook. The first was 20 pages and this last one was 60! The program is easy to use, if you have some computer experience, and the final product is amazing! Very high quality, quick turn around and well worth the money.

I chose Mixbook for the value they offer. I designed and ordered one standard hardback book. The photographs I used were taken by a professional photographer. The design software offered a lot of choices for automatic placement on the page, backgrounds, etc. However, I wanted to manually arrange photos and text on a plain white background. I could not find an option for adding a grid to the page background while arranging photos/text, which made it very difficult to space things evenly. The preview option helped when I'd finished the design process - it's easy to preview the book before sending to print. All of my design work was saved from day to day as I worked on the book design. Ordering the book was straightforward with pricing shown before placing the order. Coupons available at the time that I ordered were about 50% off. Shipping costs seemed comparable to other photo book websites. The book arrived in great packaging - no bumped edges or corners on the book.
The quality of the printed photo book was very nice. The standard hardback version has thick interior paper and a good quality of photo printing with a nice sheen. The spine interior had a few spaces where the pages are glued, which does bring into question the longevity of the page attachment. I was pleased enough to order a second copy of the book and successfully made a few edits to my design before ordering. The quality of the second book was exactly the same as the first. Mixbook offers a wide variety of printed products.
