The quality of the printing and the pricing is excellent. The website is intuitive and visually interesting. The only issue I had was the delay on delivery which was not adequately communicated to me. However the delivery process was smooth and secure. If Mixam could be clearer on their delivery windows, they'd have gotten a perfect rating from me. I will definitely be ordering from them in the future.

A bit dissapointed
This isn't my first time working with Mixam. In the past, I was very impressed with the quality of their products. However, this time I was a little disappointed because they didn't pay enough attention to details in the prints I received. Also, the lack of an alternative shipping option besides UPS is also disappointing. 2.5 stars

I wrote my first children's book and am so glad I found Mixam. It was such an easy process to order and I have already ordered again. I ordered 40 photo books. Pricing was excellent, and they shipped in a timely fashion and arrived in plenty of time. Beautiful quality, I was very pleased with my experience! The online editor is not highly user friendly, but Mixam support was very helpful throughout the editing process. Definitely will order again!

Great confidence in Mixam
This was the sixth time we have used Mixam to print very high-end hardcover books. The process is remarkably simple (especially once you've gotten the hang of the first one), and everyone is very pleased with the results -- with the sharp inks and beautiful heavy paper. The books always arrive when promised, and we receive regular communication along the way. Working on another one now. We will send it to Mixam with confidence.

Estimated delivery date slightly exceeded
On the website when I ordered my books, it said they would arrive on August 11th, which was perfect because I needed them on for an event on August 15th.
August 13th rolled around and they still hadn’t shown up. I was very stressed, but luckily they showed up on time. Just make sure if you’re gonna order books and you need them for a certain time, don’t rely on the estimated delivery date because you never know what could go wrong.
