This was the sixth time we have used Mixam to print very high-end hardcover books. The process is remarkably simple (especially once you've gotten the hang of the first one), and everyone is very pleased with the results -- with the sharp inks and beautiful heavy paper. The books always arrive when promised, and we receive regular communication along the way. Working on another one now. We will send it to Mixam with confidence.

There was good communication; everything was ready when promised; the printing and quality of paper is beautiful. This is my seventh experience with Mixam, and I expect there will be more.

I was pleased by the ease of uploading files, the quality of the paper and printing, and access to technical support when I needed it.

I prepared the files for printing and the books were delivered to the company who hired me. I checked with them, of course, and they said the quality was excellent. I have also been part of another project that used Mixam for book-printing, with the same excellent results. It took me awhile to figure out how to navigate the process, but once I did it was easy. The most important aspect to me is quality of printing -- paper, inks and binding, and the result has been very good.

I am so impressed with lulu.com! My hardcover book is absolutely beautiful: the construction, the paper, the inks... everything. I did try publishing the same book as a softcover with another print-on-demand company, and it was okay, but not nearly the same quality as I received from lulu.com. I am an editor and book designer, and I will be using this service for all my clients.

I really like the quality of the t-shirts in the Gelato catalogue. The printing is always good, and so is customer service.

Once again, Gelato Print on Demand answered my question quickly and helpfully. I have had to reach out to them before, and customer support has never faltered. I like the fact that I can communicate with a real person. Added to that, the printing and speed of delivery are first rate. I’m really pleased.

I liked this site. It was easy to navigate. I took all the steps and it went well through the visa form, but when I clicked "Apply" (or "Submit", I forget which), nothing happened. I tried it several times. So I left a message in the "online chat" section, and was told that because they were offline, someone would email me later. I finally went back and re-entered all the information into the form, clicked "Apply/Submit" again, waited several seconds (I thought it wasn't going through again) and finally It worked; I had my visa. I did receive an email from Pickvisa a few days later to confirm that all was well, and I appreciated that. In fairness to Pickvisa, I did this over a long weekend, so perhaps that was the reason for the delay. Otherwise, I thought the site was fine and I would probably use it again, assuming this experience was just a glitchy once-only thing.

I have dealt with Gelato Print-on-Demand several times now, both for myself personally and for my company, buttercup-children.com. I have been really pleased with the quality of the product and the printing, and so have my customers. I find that customer service is right there, quick, ready to help, almost immediately.

I was so impressed with the product, delivery and help I received from Gelato. This was my first time using it. I want to continue designing printed objects for sale, so I needed to know the quality I (or any customer) would get from Gelato before I went ahead. At one point I needed to ask for help and received it (from a real person) immediately. I ordered something I had designed and had it sent to a child in my family. I expected it to take awhile, but to my astonishment and delight, it arrived in about two days! And it was perfect. I have my answer…I will definitely keep using Gelato.
