We recently started the process of looking to buy a property in Spain through Medland, and although we’ve decided to wait a little longer before purchasing so we can get all of our paperwork and plans fully in place, I still wanted to leave a review because the service we received from Joelle was absolutely outstanding.
From the very beginning, Joelle went above and beyond for us. She was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she always made us feel comfortable and well informed every step of the way.

We came, searched, saw and decided!
We were truly amazed (because we had no idea how things work in Spain) by the impeccable services of Medland, in particular the warm and personalized planning and accompaniment by Lola and Walter in this first phase of our journey to buy a vacation property in Costa Blanca. From the first moment at the second home beurs in the Netherlands where we have had our first contact with Evelyn we were sure that Medland would be our real estate agent.
She gave us great advice about the area we were interested in.
With Robert we searched the best apartment for us.
