Evítalos a toda costa / Insurama is the most incompetent, unresponsive and exploitative company I have ever dealt with. Avoid them at all costs
Evítalos a toda costa.
• Comercio: INSURAMA BROKER, A Coruña
• Importe: 19,99 €
• Ignoran pruebas bancarias oficiales
• No responden a ningún correo
POSTSCRIPT / POSDATA
Insurama has now replied publicly. However:
1. They applied my March payment to the wrong date. It was paid on 25 March, but they recorded it as 5 May. This must be corrected.
2. Their claim that they “responded to all my messages” is false. They only replied on 5 May, and only to my email of 24 April. They ignored 29 March, 17 April, and 26 April.
3. Their statement that the policy was “correctly contracted” is misleading. I said NO to insurance, have a witness, and did not knowingly sign any contract. They exploited my inability to understand Spanish.
4. I am concerned they will ignore my cancellation request later this year.
This serves as formal notice that I intend to cancel the policy at the earliest possible date, September 2026.
I again request full ombudsman / regulatory details.
SECOND POSTSCRIPT
Thank you for replying again, but your explanations are still wrong.
• Payment date: My bank certificate proves you received my money on 25 March, not 5 May. That is when the payment should be applied to my policy. Anything else is simply incorrect.
• Communications: You only replied on 5 May, and only to my 24 April email. My emails of 29 March, 17 April and 26 April remain unanswered. Saying different departments have different timings does not excuse ignoring customers for weeks.
• Trustpilot vs customer service: I am free to contact you and to use Trustpilot as much as I like. The reason I am here is because your response times are so poor that this is the only way to get movement.
• Responsibility: Your refusal to recognise any fault is not my “perception”; it is a fact based on your actions and your delays.
• Cancellation and ombudsman: You now say I can cancel at any time, so I confirm I wish to cancel immediately and will email again citing your own words here. I have asked several times for ombudsman / external complaint details and your staff have still not provided them.
