Easy to book
So far the ferry was easy to book and the fact that you have dog friendly cabins is a win. I have not used the ferry as yet.

Review of Flexicar
Poor to no customer service
I bought my car on the 1st of July and was told 10 days to register. The salesman, Manual at the Mallorca branch then went on holiday and so zero communication from him or the offices. I kept calling and messaging and nothing! I started threatning and only then on the 16th July did paperwork come through for me to sign. I have a ferry and road trip booked for the weekend as well as accommodation and my car is STILL not ready. This is costing me a fortune as well as now having to hire another car. When you call Flexi Car customer service they refuse to speak in English so hang up. If you go to Flexi car offices Manual or the manager are not available. I have since got legal advise where I was told that this process usually takes 24 hours. Today is day 19!
