My experience with Manzil has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional. After multiple extensions to my closing date, they ultimately informed me they could not provide the funding. This process jeopardized my purchase, leaving me at risk of being sued by the seller and potentially losing my deposit and incurring damage charges from the seller. I feel that their services are unreliable and misleading, especially given the promises made regarding faith-based financing. I strongly advise others to be very cautious before choosing this company, as my experience left me feeling misled and financially vulnerable.

Really good service and very informative staff. Online platform is very easy to use and has different products like mortgage and investments. Would recommend.

Had high hopes, but very disappointed. Opened RESP with them in 2021. Unable to invest anymore. Unable to access account since migration to one vest. Issue unresolved after months of repeated tickets and calls. They had me and wife sign documents and fill out forms multiple times and still tell us that we have not filled out forms or signed documents. Poor customer service. I am trying to get out as soon as I can. I do not recommend Manzil to anyone.
