I purchased a dining chair set in January with a promised delivery in the second week of February. Since then, the delivery date has been repeatedly pushed back every two weeks, without any communication or explanation from the company.
It is now almost April, and the estimated delivery has been moved yet again to the third week of April. This level of delay is completely unacceptable. The lack of transparency and disregard for customers’ time is extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
I would not recommend buying from this company based on this experience.

Really professional packaging amd quality table .
Unfortunately had to return it cause it was slightly smaller than I wanted in my living room .
Just hoped they had more frequent delivery batches so I don’t have to wait 10+ weeks for delivery 🙂

I like the products but I waited 4 months to receive them. I used the company because it was based in the Netherlands thinking that I will receive the product quickly...big mistake. Totally unacceptable especially because I was the one that kept reaching out to get updates.

I am extremely disappointed with this company and their terrible service.
When I ordered my sofa, I was clearly told it would arrive within 4 weeks. It has now been 9 weeks and I still do not have my sofa.
To make matters worse, I was contacted and told that my sofa had arrived and would be delivered. The delivery team showed up — but with the completely wrong sofa. After waiting over two months, they brought an item that wasn’t even what I ordered.
Now I’m being told that my actual sofa “still hasn’t arrived at the warehouse.” How is that possible when I was previously told it was in and ready for delivery?
The communication has been inconsistent, misleading, and incredibly frustrating. I’ve rearranged my schedule for deliveries, waited far beyond the promised timeframe, and still have nothing to show for it.
I would not recommend this company to anyone. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, consider ordering from somewhere else

We willen dit echt graag voor u oplossen, dus wilt u ons alstublieft uw ordernummer en contactgegevens sturen via privébericht of e-mail? Dan zoeken we het meteen uit en zorgen we samen voor een passende oplossing!

No problem with the delivery (right on time) but... the table has a very large black stain. I contacted customer service by email and am waiting for a response. I hope the table will be quickly replaced so I can add three more stars.
The delivery was on time but the product received was not in the best shape. Had a small broken area on the wooden bench in between.

Received our mango table 2 months ago. It is easy to mount, use and also clean. Feedback for it, 2 meters long table top is bended more than expected and two wooden layers of table top are easily distinguishable.
