Hello,
On the morning of the appointment, I've received a cancellation call due to the construction holiday though the meeting was planned to take place in the office. No excuse received either. I had taken annual leave for this appointment and my day got wasted.
Additionally, I have not received any responses to my earlier emails sent.
Not the best experience.

Average service
The agency is doing an average job. In the end the deal was closed. However, they need to go a long way in terms of communication and especially time management. In this way, I was missing professionalism. The quality of service goes down after signing the compromise.

She was very helpful from the day I visit the apartment for the first time for inspection and to the point where I obtained the keys. Malines does all the paper work and producing inspection report of the apartment in a very neat way and they are accessible if you have any concerns. Highly recommended!

The estimation is very accurate and our house got sold very quickly (2nd visit) just few days after publishing. they took care of everything whilst I'm on holiday. So I cannot be happier than this.
