This company is a scam company. They are out of China, they take your money, they don't respond, and if you're lucky enough to get a product from them, it's not real copper. It's plastic with copper paint on top of it.

Don't waste your time on this company.

Find a company that makes the product in the USA.

Product was as described. Shipping time was reasonable. Communication was great.

Product is what is stated in there website. Love my bracelet and so does my daughter. I liked the bracelet so well I order another one but a different style. Sorry to here you will be closing but you need time to your self. Good luck on your retirement.

Had an issue with my original order when it arrived and emailed them and immediately was offered a replacement which is on the way.

It made me wonder when you sent a notice that someone was impersonating your company and I may not be getting a real copper bracelet. BTW, I’m not your sweetheart as you wrote in your e-mail on the 19th of October.

If I could go lower I would.. Totally a scam.. My cousin bought what they called a 100%copper ring.. I have a hard job and it scuffed off the copper color in the first week. So naturally with the 100% guarantee we talked to the company by email... the email they send back is full of information that directly contradicts the guarantee. So I think this whole company is a scam of massive proportions.. I am sure there is no Mae or Rose or US implications. All lies. Do not buy from ever.. I received a reply to this. It said we must my cousin and I have ordered from a copycat company. This is a lie this May and Rose is a lie company. They have no truth in them. We have received several emails from them with nothing in them, but hyperbole and oh you have not done this correct. Their guarantees are bullshit.
