They only provided me return address, imagine to my surprise sending back 1 pair linen trousers is going to cost me £38 with customs, so I paid £61 for trousers and to return it I have to pay £38???? Such a scam, the xxs wasn’t even equivalent to uk size 4, so oversized, very pissed off

Good customer service and nice people to deal with !

I bought from this company previously and the sizes worked well for me. When I bought again, the same size didn't fit at all. Quite disappointing for a company that specialises in special sizes. Be aware that if you buy from the UK, you pay customs on top of the prices you pay on the website when receiving the items. Return to Sweden is also at your own cost.

I still haven't got my order. I ordered it a month ago and I don't even have tracking info for my order. If I try to contact the costumer service, different people keep answering so no sollution is found. There goes 120 euros...

The trousers came quickly, the website is clear and user friendly and I was excited for my products to arrive. However, I have to say that for the price I am disappointed in the quality of the garments. The seams are coming apart and one of the pairs i bought already has a hole in it. I would not recommend or buy again

Package was not delivered right. It was left in the front of the door. Foxes got to it. Now i can't return the pants that are too small. They rejected my request because the label was damaged.

I ordered the Claire 01Low Bootcut Jeans and the Nova 04Low Straight Suit Pants. I must say I really love the Claire Jeans there really comfy! I also love the Nova Suit Pants but the quality on those is not that great. They are really thin but I honestly don’t mind. I would say this is a good company only sad that the material on the suit pants where thin.

The quality of the jeans are really bad, especially ridiculous for the price. the fabric is super thin, the jeans are not wearable at all, looks very cheap. charging 80€ for this is unacceptable.

Not smooth customer service. To customer it was really frustrating when many diffrent people answers: dont know the case and answers differently.

Very comfortable and well-fitting pants (Holly 01High Activeflex Straight Pants). The size was quite loose and next time I will order a size smaller than usual.

Everything worked smoothly, I got my items quite fast without any problems. I have ordered two different trousers of athletic fabric (with elastic waist, no zippers!) for work, first pair 2024 and the next 2025. Still in amazing shape - no sign of use! And they are soo comfortable! No more trousers that are making my belly uncomfy while sitting. And they look so good - they fit office or going to events! And how lovely it is that u know it is going to be your size! I recommend! 😊

Absolutely terrible experience. They have passed on all customs fees to their customers but they don't tell you that until you receive your order at your door. My "customs" fee was $51 in addition to the purchase of the pants. When you are checking out, their website will say - direct quote - "taxes may apply" and supposedly to them this means that you should understand that you will be responsible for paying all customs fees. It's extremely deceptive and their customer service is absolutely terrible.

Everything was perfect—the service and the pants. I had to return one pair and get a bigger size. The process of talking with them about how to do it and getting the new pants (which are perfect, by the way) was seamless. I have always had trouble finding the perfect pants, but with them, everything is just so perfect.

No real and helpful size chart and items never in stock.
They claim that their sizes are "normal" but according to size chart you have to wear size XS at biggest to fit in those pants. I'd also like to know why all the models are super thin. Don't you know that it is 2025 and it is outdated to exclude bigger people? I'm not even fat but I won't fit on your biggest size if the size chart is accurate. Update your size charts and bring more variery in your models. You are missing big part of customers if bigger people don't see bigger models. You are missing all inclusivety and that won't be fixed until you do a normal size chart and stop with this bullcrap claiming that waist size 80 cm is XL (I got that number from a size chart provided by you on messenger). Go 2025 or go back home! And seriously, have your size chart on your website. This "find your size tool" is not working at all. I even contacted you and that did not help me at all seeing if this would fit me or not... never experienced a brand where I couldn't find out if it was likely or not if I could fit in it or not. Won't be buying there because of stupid sizes with no way knowing if they will fit or if i can fit one arm as a waist. DO. BETTER. JOB! And seriously, don't be out of srock for many months in a row. It feels like you don't want people to buy from you. I have checked regularly and all sizes in most of the pants are just sold out?? What is your deal?! And don't bother to reply here, use your time to put on your website a real and helpful size chart and sizes in stock. You are not that new on market that you shouldn't be out of stock many months in a row!!!

Fast delivery and very good looking jeans with excellent fit. I will probably by a second pair.

Bought my first pants and they fit great. Qualitywise I think it is topnotch for its price. However my size (XL, extra short) is always out of stock so I cant order anymore it is frustrating not to be able to order other colors and designs.

Product: MADLADY Active Ultra Streach Suit Pants Molly. (Size XL, Xtra Short) Pants are comfortable, fits great around waist and the length is good. However the bigger size pants are more wide legged than the picture shows. Not really straight legged, more wide legged. (They are easy to alter if you have a sewing machine). Wish they showed models wearing the bigger sizes as well.
