Superb customer service and product
I was extremely impressed with the customer services! The real follow-up I had due to an incorrect custom’s charge into Norway. I was billed by the carrier, UPS, and explained this to Mothers Earth customer service who repaid my outlay. Quality of the washing sheets is super. A serious company, with a serious product and a real customer service department. Well done!

Horrible customer service, non effecient products
Very dissatisfied! On Monday I was charged with no pre-notice, no email, nothing. I have bought 1 unit of washing sheets and after a month I was charged again. I never wanted to!!!
Customer service - horrible. I am waiting for an answer for fourth day - nobody replayed.
You state your sheets help to clean grass and dirt from the clothes - not really. My daughters clothes stayed the same.
I will never recommend any of your products. Post sales process is as well important as the sales.

Dishonest company
As many customers mentioned, when you purchase an item, the “Save X% with our flexible plan” option is selected by default. When you click that option, you don’t get to be told what that "flexible plan" actually entails, nor that information is available anywhere on the company’s website. This is illegal. Moreover, that "Flexible plan" option does not appear at checkout. As a result, and again, as many customers complained, my credit card was charged again a month later. I complained to the company, and they replied that, since the item had already been dispatched, they could not issue a refund. I had to refuse the order at reception, which I did, in order to get a refund. That was last May 2026. Now, in July 2026, I checked my bank statement, and no refund had been issued by that company since May. I complained once again, and by magic this morning, I received an email from Mother’s Earth stating that a refund had been issued. On the substantial matter, their laundry sheets do not remove stains from clothes as claimed. Also, more worryingly, the sheets only dissolve in very hot water (60ºC). I wash in cold water, and numerous times I've found pieces of laundry sheets in the laundry.
Make yourself a favour and do not buy from this company. Deceiving and dishonest.

Great washing experience. Easy to order, arrived promptly, easy to use(just tear off a strip), washed and dissolved completely, smells fresh! Would definitely recommend.

Love that it is all natural
Love that it is all natural, sustainable, and kind on skin. I had an eczema flare up which made me want to try a natural laundry detergent and mother’s earth has been great. My eczema settled down and the fresh cotton smell is so good

I've tried both the Ocean Breeze and Spring Breeze laundry sheets, and I'm really impressed! Ocean Breeze has a fresh, clean scent, while Spring Breeze offers a light, pleasant floral fragrance. Neither is overpowering- they leave clothes smelling fresh and clean. The sheets dissolve completely, clean effectively, and are incredibly convenient and mess-free compared to liquid detergents. Clothes come back to life
Clothes are fresher than using detergent tablets. The washing machine is cleaner.

They don't wash well, just another marketed product
I am very disappointed with laundry sheets and dishwasher sheets. And super dissappointed as they probrably has fake reviews, or deleting true customer experience reviews. My review wasn't published, tried again and wasn't published as well. So more or less they deceive new customers. This company has nothing to do with values they declare, it's just another marketing product. After washing remains stains and dirt on dishes. Tried to double sheets/per wash but result was the same. Same with laundry sheets, clothes remain with stains no matter different dosage i used.
