Nothing but a pack of rip off merchants. Do not buy from this company or you’ll probably regret it. I ordered some super heavy weight towels and a bath mat and paid £120 in total. The bath mat arrived first, it was in a package not bigger than 20 centimetres square, this might give you an idea of the quality. It was supposed to match a bath towel set, when I opened the package it was nothing like what I ordered and was wafer thin. The towels arrived today in two packages. Again the quality is absolutely garbage, plus one of the towels was blue when I ordered Green. I didn’t know they were being shipped from china. I ordered them on the 28th of last month. When I looked at the returns process, they tell you to send them to the United States and they don’t reimburse the postage cost. What a rip off.

So far so not good. Placed an order on 29th September. It shows in transit, but it's been in transit since 7th October. They state "Top-notch support" on their website, I tried calling them, the phone number is not working and they don't reply to emails.
Some reviews I am reading are about shoes (which are not sold on the website), Avery Lane (?), etc... all things unrelated to Lunveia.com. As far as I'm concerned, Lunveia.com is not a trustworthy website, use with caution, or if you can, avoid altogether.

The product -shoes , were really lovely shoes . Great style and colour pale pink and navy blue . Great quality .
It took longer than i had expected for them to arrive and I was not sent a confirmation of sale so I was concerned they may not arrive at all . However I emailed Avery Lane and they got back in touch straight away and apologised for this . They sent me a link to a tracker which was really easy to use and I coujd follow the package all the time . The shoes did come and are excellent and brilliant value for money . I’d recommend Avery Lane

Good quality - delivery slow - did not know it was from China when placing the order

Well after reading some of the reviews I had a certain amount of trepidation, but this was completely unfounded. The order took a fortnight to arrive and there were regular updates. When the fleece arrived i tried it on immediately, expecting the worst and was very pleasantly surprised. The fit was perfectly ok (i ordered a 3xl as i am an athletic british size 18). The material was lovely and snuggly, in fact better than a lot of cheap fleeces i have purchased, where the material was flimsy, this is substantial, seems durable and warm, thick and cosy. The colours and appearance are fairly similar to the picture, except i am no supermodel. I have never seen fleece with this texture before, it is stiffer than usual, almost like real wool. So I am very happy with the item and looking forward to wearing it in the cold welsh winters. I took a selfie with myself wearing it, but couldn't use it here.

I ordered a lightweight, pretty dress to take on holiday with me. I was a bit worried, having read some bad reviews, but took the risk and was pleasantly surprised. The order was dispatched very quickly although it took longer than expected to arrive, so I assume it was sent from outside the UK. Tracking was very good, however, and I was frequently updated throughout the transaction. The dress came well packaged and was more or less as I expected. It fitted reasonably well once I had taken it in a bit at the seams, and it looked nice on. I would say the sizing was slightly on the generous side - I do wish companies would make individual sizes rather than just "S", "M", "L" covering 2 sizes. I am an 8 and the "S" covers both 8 and 10, which is bound to be too big for the smaller size. However, it was well made and I am happy with it. I found the service to be very good in my experience. I have given only 4 stars because of the sizing issue.

Speedy delivery, easy to fit ,clear to read,survived being on the back of my spaniel whilst charging through thickets, so fit for purpose.

I was kept informed of the progress of my order regularly. Ordering was simple and straightforward.
Price was reasonable. Pleased with order.
