Very good quality and trustworthy

Shoes fit well, comfy and look great. I am slightly wide fitting and these shoes fit well, no pinching. First time I have shopped with Avery and will be doing it again soon.

When the shoes arrived, they were amazingly comfortable and like they appeared in the photos. It was a couple of weeks before they arrived but luckily enough I still have enough time to enjoy them in the summer.

My package did not arrive and the staff alerted me and are helping to have it redelivered. Very grateful.

Website is user friendly. Delivery can take a number of days if using standard option. I ordered sandals in a size 6 (my normal size) but should have gone for 6.5 - toes come over the end. Not the greatest quality and would not be worth the full price.

Great customer service, the clothes are not as luxurious as the website make them look though. I did like some of them, some will be going to charity. I'd say they are overpriced compared to similar items at Temu or Shien.
From order to delivery took about 2 weeks. The clothes are coming from China, not Brighton.

I wanted something comfortable enough for days when I am walking around a lot but still nice enough to wear with normal outfits. The pair I chose has been easy on my feet and does not feel heavy. I have already worn them for shopping and a full day out without any problems.

There was quite a lot to look through in the women’s collection which I liked because I did not have to settle for the first thing I saw. Ordering was simple and I received the confirmation straight away. My parcel reached me within the expected time and everything matched what I had selected.

I was a little unsure about ordering because comfort can be difficult to judge online. The pair turned out better than I expected and the sizing worked well for me. They give enough support for longer walks but still feel light on my feet. I also like that I can wear them with jeans or leggings without them looking too bulky.

I changed my mind about one of the items shortly after placing my order and contacted support to check what could be done. I received a helpful reply and the issue was sorted before the parcel was sent. Tracking started once it left the warehouse and was easy to follow until delivery. The whole experience felt well organised and i would be comfortable ordering from the store again.

Really pleased with the fit. They feel soft and comfortable even after wearing them for several hours.

I picked up a pair from the women’s section for everyday wear and they have been really comfortable so far. The fit feels good without needing much breaking in.

My order arrived earlier than I was expecting and the tracking kept updating properly along the way. Everything inside was packed neatly.
