I have bought several pieces from LUMAS and am always delighted with my purchases. Their quality is excellent and they offer very unique art works. May is a delight to work with. She is friendly and knowledgeable. She has been a great help in my decisions.

Lumas staff went above and beyond to…

Lumas staff went above and beyond to ensure that I was able to get what I asked for including discounts and excellent customer service. Prior to shipping, the team took pictures and video of the piece that I was ordering so that I could confirm its condition prior to shipping to the United States. They kept me in the loop of the status and the piece is arriving tomorrow.

I have not received my art

I have not received my art. I have been told via email that it was arriving 4 different times and still has not arrived. I have a contractor and neighbors on the lookout for it and everyday they call and tell me nothing as arrived. It is extremely hard to get an answer from Lumas as to where my piece is. At this point I don’t even want it.
