I was a little bit septical. Buying something online. But everything was beyond expectations.
Clear information about the delivery. Within 2 weeks the product has been delivered (I live in The Netherlands) exact on the time as promised. Delivered by Magic Movers from Poland. Very professional. Carefully wrapped in folio. The delivery man helped me to put the product in my apartment on the ninth floor. And the product I have bought, was even better then a hoped for. I rarely give 5 stars, but well deserved.

Overall customer service and delivery were great and very helpful.

The chairs I bought are of good quality, exactly as presented on the webside, with no hidden defects. Also the service and handling on the part of the store were perfect: they quickly answered my questions and dispatched immediately.
I am slightly disappointed with the very delivery by Polish forwarder. Despite their earlier assurance to keep me informed they did not advise or agree with me the day the chairs would actually reach me. Their driver just surprised calling at 7.am: he will bring the chairs 10am - 12am on the same day. Luckily I was at home. That spoils a little bit the whole transaction and consequently 4 stars and not 5, though the store was not to blame, except in the choice of their shipping agents. Nevertheless I definitely recommend Hauptstadt Möblerei and may return to them if a new purchase occasion arises.

The drinks cart is absolutely beautiful, even nicer than the photos indicated. I love it! The entire process of ordering was smooth and efficient, and the cart was packed to perfection. These guys are real pros and know how to ship fine furniture.

This is a very nice company with good furniture at reasonable prices. They communicate well and are responsive to questions. The young man who came was very nice and helpful - I just wish he did not have to unload most of the truck to get to my 2 pieces of furniture!

Good delivery experience and service

Although a bit hard to find, staff was super helpful and responsive, offering help immediately, listening to our wishes, and pointing out alternatives. They wrapped the item we purchased very well for transport quickly, payment/check out was smooth, and although the item wasn't large they offered to load it in our car. Lovely selection and pricing was fair market value. I'll be back!

Very beautiful furniture. It unfortunately came with some defects, but the costumer service was very helpful and we were able to find a good and quick solution! On this, five stars.

My critic goes to the delivery conditions. The man responsible for the delivery was very good, friendly, and made a great job. However, I find it very upsetting that he did not have anyone to help him. I am a tiny woman and was also not able to help. He had to carry the furniture alone in his back - and we live on the third floor! The piece is very heavy and he struggled - as anyone would! I think those work conditions should be improved.

They were very good very professional and honest. The delivery was fine as well.
