Twice items delivered damaged due to inappropriate packaging but responsive costumer service

to sum up: Terrible packaging but attentive costumer service.
Twice wet food was delivered and in both time the food containers were packed in a way that caused all the containers to dent and chip. The first responsibility of an online shop
is to pack properly so items do not get damaged on the way. I should add that the second delivery was done for free because of the damage during the first delivery, and yet the food was packed even worse, in a plastic bag only, and arrived in a worse shape than the first time. I should add an update that Luksushund took my complaint seriously and refunded me for the purchase, indicating they will improve packaging.
