Good for items. Avoid for services

I purchased many items from this site without issue, and my total spent here is $487.35. Those transactions were smooth and flawless. Items were always delivered on time without issue. Today I went to purchase a fire cape service, and I didn’t like the process or feel comfortable with it. I asked for a refund, and the employee named Graff was rude and dismissive to me. After some chatter, my payment was promptly refunded. Regardless, employee Graff was offensive to a loyal customer that’s spent literally hundreds of dollars with this company. I don’t need sass or backtalk about a game; just issue the refund and go about your day.

If you need items, these guys are fine. For services I’d look elsewhere. There’s better sites out there with less hoops needed to get things done. I’d give Graff 0 stars if possible for their behavior today.

I do want to clear up one thing, because I think there was a misunderstanding along the way. Services like Fire Cape are delivered through our security plugin, and as part of that process we always ask about your bank wealth. This isn't a sales tactic; it's so we can match you with a worker whose deposit is in line with your account value, which protects you throughout the service.

Your refund has already been processed in full.

I hope you'll give us another chance in the future. We put a lot into making our services as safe as possible, and I'm confident you won't find the same level of protection elsewhere.

Amazing!

This is by far the best OSRS service site. Their security plugin is awesome. They did questing for me and got it done relatively quick. Highly recommended! Got my quest cape now.

Quest Completion

I asked a question on the website chat to clarify something before purchasing the service, this was swiftly and clearly answered by Graff, this led to me being confident in my purchase. I used the Blood Moon Rises Quest completion service, didn't take long for someone to take on the job, and it was completed quickly and skillfully by ikov. Great and safe experience all around, would recommend.

Site is a scam

Site is a scam. Shows one price, after registering (because required) prices going up all the time. Their response: Prices are flexible and changing all the time.

Not recommend and you should avoid too.

Our website uses an API that updates the price every few minutes based on the last traded price in the Grand-Exchange.
