Nondelivery, although delivery alleged to have occurred 06-16-26. Complained by phone same date. Company: We will need to get back to you on 19th. Unacceptable. Charge by company now disputed.

I wanted to order this choking device but it has doubled in price in a short period of time since I was first interested. Why? Make it more affordable
Also, there's a lot of 3 star ratings and you say it should only be used once ?
I realize you can't put a price on safety, but $69. I believe it was $39 the late time I looked.
Also, It's probably not made in then US

I had a negative review posted here yesterday; however, the company has since been in contact and redirected me to their updated website. I had been on a previous version apparently.
I had no problem ordering the product with the link that the folks at LifeVac sent to me. Product is ordered.
The response to my complaint was immediate and helpful. That is the best way for a company to solve a problem...address it immediately.

I’ve waited and followed up for 3 months with zero luck. They don’t deliver, nor respond. The worst delivery and customer service I’ve ever experienced. I emailed requesting for a refund and no response. The just charged me but didn’t deliver the product, no refund or response even. Beyond frustrating

Website doesn't inform product coming from China. Said item was delivered and signed for. Never received it. Contacted support via email. They responded with a template email that did not address the missing delivery, just offered a 30% refund for being "unsatisfied". Now using bank to dispute the payment. AVOID this company at all times!

Worst customer service ever with very rude staff! Purchase elsewhere for less money from better people.
They edit, delete and block comments on social media as well. I've just realised! Always the sign of a good, trustworthy company!

I brought this as I have a 6 year old with severe autism who is forever mouthing things, I am pleased I haven’t had to use it yet but feel a sense of relief and reassurance knowing it’s there should the worst happen.
It’s one of them things ‘ I’d rather have it and not need it rather then need it and not have it’

What an amazing company.

The customer service from this company is absolutely outstanding.
My daughter choked on her vomit last week & wasn't breathing for 2 minutes, whilst I was on the phone to the ambulance I successfully used the lifevac to bring up the rest of her vomit & she started breathing again.

I made the company aware of this incident and they immediately sent me out a replacement lifevac for free.

Please do not hesitate to purchase this if you have children, I promise it will give you peace of mind, even if you don't have to use it.

The product is probably god but the advertising/company/support is fraudulent.
It clearly says that this is a one time purchase that will last a lifetime for your family. But the product i got had barely a year to the expiration date on the masks. Have tried to take the issue up with the support but they just writes excuses and goes silent.

We ordered six lifeVac One for each of our children homes
, we had a small issue with the delivery. I got in touch with lifeVac and they instantly resolved the problem. Delivery arrived we are very happy grandparents that we know there is one in each of our grandchildren homes

I’d say their customer service is exceptional! In my case I had an issue with delivery and it might even have been my fault but they all got involved and helped out and looked for solutions until I had it in my hand. They followed up above anything I could expect. As for the product itself I am hoping to never need to use it but feel safer just having it around with a baby soon starting to eat solids.

This company is nothing but a fear mongering, over priced money making machine. The rudeness and anger behind their public replies is astounding.

I ordered a life vac a few weeks ago but due to my own fault it didn’t deliver.
Support promptly replied and fixed the issue for me and re-sent the package.

To me this product seems like it's not going to work in case of a choking emergency. We tested it and it just seems like a toy. There's not really any suction, so it seems unlikely that it would be enough to pull any object from a person's throat. Very good adventicing, since they are selling the product by scaring people.

This website like to double-charge, on top of the excessive handling fee of £35. They are not willing to do anything about it when confronted with it. So, the credit card company have to do the job against them. Just buy elsewhere.

Be extremely careful when you order as you will get extreme high shipping fees once shipped.

Product is fine. Price is ridiculous. Taking advantage of people, and parents fears towards their children i disgusting.
It's plastic. The cheapest material on earth. It doesn't cost 2$ to make.

We ordered 4 LifeVac devices for our restaurants, and after only a few days they have arrived! Super fast!

And only a few days after we have them, we had a choking situation in one of the restaurants, and the LifeVac was the life saver that allowed the client to still be alive!

Very easy to use and extremely efficient!

Every restaurant, school or public place should have one!
