Arrived sooner then expected. Clear instructions to follow. The whole package and design of the product is quite cute and gave a good feeling. The fact that I'm doing this and saving this special moment with my son in such a special way warms my heart.

Used to live in the Netherlands and order here. Then moved to Germany and ordered to Germany. Now living in Sweden and so happy they deliver to Sweden as well.

I got a gift voucher as a birthday present. When placing an order, its being denied. Support has been silent for days. There's only an annoying chatbot guaranteeing me that support will reach out to me during the working hours. I'm starting to think that this store is a scam.

Its been days i tried to reach out the client service. No one answers to me. I made an order i never received ! and they dont answer to me. No info at all about what happened! so disapointed.
