Terrible leads and organization does not return phone calls. Seems great at first but don't be fooled they are not there for you!

I don't usually adopt new technology quickly, but I decided to try Lead Elite after seeing how many calls I was missing. Within a few weeks I could see the difference. I went from hesitate to fully convinced.

Pitiful referrals . Would call and people would be upset with me asking me how I got their info. Weren’t interested in selling or buying . Up front company asked me zip codes of mu preference and were like you can only pick those that no one else has requested . I picked my zip codes and not one referral was within those areas .. excuse me , they weren’t referrals or heads , it was so wrong …. Asked for my refund and got gibberish about should have asked within certain time frame. Tried to give them the benefit of trial and error but too many errors . Time started early 2025 and expressed dissatisfaction within couple of months and they continued to send “bad information “. I finally said no more business with this company, early 2026. The information provided was minimal , few and far between and not one was a viable consideration now or in the next 6 months . 2 out of 3 were upset people . A couple thought I was an investor wanting to buy their property . Said they told the company they did not want a Realtor .they wanted someone to buy their property.

I received a seller lead from Lead Elite. I contacted the lead at the specified day and time and due to unforseen events on the sellers end had to reschedule. When I reconnected with the seller at that time he informed me that he co-owned the property with a family member who was not interested in selling at this time. While this lead didn't work out, I am hoping that more in the future will.
