Scammers

Scammers. They are charging you for everything. We had an agreement with them that they said would only cost $500/month, but now they are sending invoices that are over 3x what the initial agreement was, because of add-ons like customer support, calling countries we have never even called, etc.

On top of that, to make it worse, they are binding you for 3 months, and if you don't tell them you want to stop before the second month begins, you are binding yourself to another 3 months after the first 3, and so on. That basically means you are binding yourself to 5 months if you say you want to terminate the contract on day one of the second month. We did that, and now we have to pay them $1500x6, where we only used their services for 1 month.

If you are working like this when you are offering dialing services, you are scammers. I recommend CloudTalk.

A PLATFORM USED BY SCAMMERS!

A PLATFORM USED BY SCAMMERS!! I blocked at least 50 different numbers from them. But when I accidentally answered with a "yes hello" they hung up the phone. Because that is how the scammers work. They use your "yes" to "prove" that you signed up for expensive subscriptions of nothing. I am scared now!!

Used frequently by scammers

They provide a service in which scammers use the service and they refuse to deal with it. Furthermore from reading other legit reviews the are hard to cancel a service at, and they never refund people. I've so far blocked 98 numbers from their service. And it ain't stopping. They call when I work. Call when I sleep. I feel like perhaps reporting them to the police will make them react to fix the scammer issue. If you wanna know how scammers do it. Use a trial period, scam and cancel before trial runs out.

Do not sign any contract with them

Do not sign any contract with them.

They are the most expensive dialer yet the worst (except the interface which is okay). They charge for literally everything you can imagine, including customer service which they dont reply ever on, until u stop paying them. The 15 day notice cancellation policy of certain services makes it unfit for telemarketings volatile business, you will be punnished for trying new projects and overpay for things you dont use. Need to observe every invoice and fight for them to correct it.

Hi Dren,

First and foremost, we are genuinely sorry for the inconvenience and frustration these calls have caused you.

Please allow us to explain: While our name may show up as the caller ID, we are a phone service provider, not the company making the calls. Our clients, who use our platform for legitimate business purposes, are responsible for these calls. However, we fully understand how it can seem like we’re making these calls.

We deeply appreciate your feedback, and we’re committed to resolving this issue to improve your experience.

De fortsätter ringa för jämnan trotts…

De fortsätter ringa för jämnan trotts att man har nixat och allt vad det nu heter. Sluta ring!

Answer to response: This changes little. If these businesses were legitimate they would not call those who have registered their number at "nix". Also other phone services doesn't normally show as the only identity calling. These businesses you're making business with don't register their numbers to their companies as the only name showing on these callers is yours when looking up their numbers. You should bring these reviews up with those businesses to find a solution with them.

They keep calling me at all odd hours…

They keep calling me at all odd hours of the day regardless of how many numbers i have blocked from them. They keep changing numbers and keep calling. Have some integrity, i am NOT interested in anything you have to sell.
Edit: after getting a reply from the company it appears that someone might be using this company's generated phone numbers to spam people. Leaddesk should in my opinion take steps preventing such bad actors using their numbers, because any tracking of these numbers point to Leaddesk and their reputation is at the line here.

Stay Clear

Stay Clear, They have taken £2,000 form us without authorisation. We had the free trial, and cancelled it as per terms and conditions and they even responded saying it was sorted, but it wasn't. Now they have taken our money locked our account and we cannot get hold of them. Sales rep is ignoring my calls and emails, help desk is outsourced and keep saying they don't have any numbers to give us to call. Possibly just a scam company?
