I have never been so abused at a job training as I was here

I was excited that I could be working again serving the community as a covid tester. When I arrived for my training at the site on 34th St & Park Avenue, the abuse began. The team leader, Alicia, was condescending, insulting and abusive. I would not work for this company if I was starving to death. There are many articles that can be found on Google about Lab Worq about their tendency to mislead people about the amount of time between testing and receiving test results. The New York Attorney General ordered them to cease telling people that they will receive their results in 24 hrs when in fact, it could be several days. I heard Alicia tell a customer 24 hrs. I couldn't believe it! People rely on accurate information - especially if they are traveling. I left the 'training' upset and disappointed. I do not recommend applying for this job, nor do I recommend this facility for testing. There are reputable companies out there. This is not one of them.

Bad experience at LabWorq in NYC, Dec 24th

I had a PCR test on Dec 24th at a LabWorq tent in NYC and they said 5-7 days. I asked where was the result on day 7 and was told it was taking longer than expected (see below for ridiculous excuses). But in any case, I think that was BS because on day 8 in response to another enquiry they told me the test was damaged and there would be no result. All very strange. I don't know whether this company is fraudulent or just incompetent, but LabWorq is certainly not fit for purpose and I will never use them again. I think many others have reached this conclusion, as I see long lines at LabQ vans, and hardly anyone at the LabWorq tent. And finally, why all the exclamation points in their emails?

"Hi!

Your samples are still being processed!
We are very sorry that the delay time for the result was longer than expected!
We ask you to be patient and wait a little longer!
As soon as the results will be ready, You wlii be informed by an email from the laboratory.
Also, we want to inform you that a letter with the results can come not only from LabWorQ, but also from our partner laboratory ProPhaseDX.
Check the SPAM folder in your mailbox, because there are situations when the mail server marks our messages as spam.

There are several reasons for the delay in results:
1) A large load on the laboratory (a little more than a thousand people a day undergo testing with us)
2) Complex technological process, if violated, the test results may be incorrect
3) The human factor, as well as the time of breaks, transportation and preparation of the result also take time"

On day 8 I filled in their complaint form and they told me the test was damaged!!

"Hi!

I would like to appoligize for the inconvenience but your test has been damaged and we will not be able to result your test please find a place to be retested.

Best Regards, LabWorQ Team!"

Fraudulent NYC-based Covid-19 Testing Company

This company claims to have 24-48 hour turnaround times for PCR tests. This is a lie. The Attorney General of NY just issued them a warning for their lying (source: ny dot gov press release). They have a turnaround time of more than 5 days in some cases.

What's worse is the company refuses to take responsibility. They continue to blame their lab partner and claim that they "are the same victims as you, the laboratory partner of our company delays the results, because of their error, the reputation of our company suffers" (source: their response to a question on google reviews).

Horrible company. Doesn't keep promises and doesn't take responsibility.
