Impressed California Collector!
I live overseas in California, Davide and his team at La Bottega del Nerd went above and beyond to help me with correcting an unexpected manufacturer change and worked with me utilizing great communication skills and in the end sending me what I expected I was purchasing, which was a collector’s item.
What surprised me was that they contacted the manufacturer directly and convinced them to agree to do a special run remaking what they had advertised. Other places could have told me I was out of luck, or that I could contact the manufacture myself, so the fact that they had the integrity and goodwill to do all this for an overseas customer impressed me very much!
This is A++ customer service and kudos to them for making the whole process as smooth as it could be.
I highly recommend this shop, and a massive thank you again to Davide and his team!
