5 weeks later I still haven’t received a refund of what is left of my credit after spending £25 to return to China !
This company is a disgrace , they con you with crappy clothes , lie about the returns to China and hold your money !
Never buy from this company !!

Absolute rubbish.
The item is shockingly bad quality and has a dirty mark on it. The material is a sort of nylon 🤢 and I can see through it.
They are asking me to pay for the return or chose another item for £9.95 shipping. A complete rip-off.
Avoid like the plague.

Bought the relaxed denim romper because i saw someone wearing something similar on tiktok. It's so easy to throw on with sneakers for errands or dress up with wedges for lunch. The pockets are actually useable too not just decorative.

It's a scam company. The dress was made from extremely cheap, very poor quality material and really looked nothing like the photo of what I ordered. No way of returning it though as cost to return to china etc makes it not worth it. So the 'free returns in 30 days' is a scam too.

I liked the classic design of this overcoat. The single-breasted front and notch lapel give it a smart appearance, while the longer cut makes it feel well suited to winter outfits. It can easily be dressed up for work or worn over a casual outfit.

The colourblock design is what caught my attention with this jumper. It has a nice casual look without being too plain, and the knitted style works well for everyday wear. I liked having something a little different from the usual single-colour jumpers.

Ordered a suit fur a wedding and after checking sizes several times, even checking with a tape measure to make due it was correct I ordered it. When it arrived it wouldn't fit a child. I tried complaining but was told it would cost me a fortune to return the item, even though the website said free returns id faulty or incorrect. No response after 3 months STAY AWAY. SCUMBAGS & THIEVE'S.

I really liked the look of these knee-high boots. The faux fur lining makes them feel suitable for colder weather, while the buckle detail gives them a stylish touch. They are easy to pair with jeans or winter outfits, and I really liked the overall design.

Wow . Should have read these reviews before I brought my linen suit.
Same Experience as so many people writing here . Received a suit several sizes small . I ordered a 2XL and received a suit for a child ! Very poor quality and a bad cut . Complained and offered various 10%-20% cash back or send the suit back at my cost of £33.50. It would be funny if It didn't cost money. So please avoid this company. They don't play fair .

Ordered 3 dress for my sons wedding which when arrived were cheap material
Had to return them and it cost me £36!!!
The parcel has now been stuck at customs allegedly for over 2 months in China. After repeated emails to them they say I need to sort it
So am not only over £100 out of pocket for 3 Dresses it the £36 for postage.

The purple chiffon maxi is a beautiful option for weddings or evening events. The flowing fabric gives it nice movement, while the open-back detail makes it feel more special.

The floral halter maxi has a lovely lightweight feel, and the chiffon moves beautifully when walking. The defined waist gives it a flattering shape without feeling restrictive.

Cheap Asian drop ship. Avoid this company, false advertising of items, the item that actually shows up is a cheap unfinished imitation. Lavirel customer service rep “Katherine” will not take responsibility and expect the customer to pay to send these items back. Company policy Is not inline with customer rights in the UK. They think their policy over rides legislation. Report to bank for a refund as they will keep sending the same “apologetic” email telling you how they are sorry you feel this way ect ect. This company fronts as a US website but do not be fooled.

One of the most ridiculous companies I have ever dealt with. Not inclusive or clear about returns and a lack of communication in responses. I wouldn’t use this company in future and urge people to rethink before purchasing.

the formal v neck flowy midi dress is my new obsession. i originally got it for a cocktail event but ive already worn it twice more just because. its one of those pieces that works with heels or flats depending on the vibe

If I could give this company a 0 I would complete rip off. I ordered a small essentials set when it came it was actually the size of a uk XL the cost of the returns is ridiculous and they offer 10 percent back to keep an item that was not at too big for anyone. I spent days going back and forth with their complaints and got no where pleas do not order as they are the worst company I have ever dealt with and there products are utter rubbish at high costs

Quality was good but i had issue with size so they sent a free replacement!

The dress I ordered took a while to deliver. The quality was horrible, it was like packing paper. The shape was horrible, im not sure who has a literal square body. But that is how it fit. Very disappointing. And for the price, complete rip off. Worse than shein.

The company is basically a scam . Dresses are of poor quality and its shipped from china. There is no fair return policy as they make you pay for the shipping cost which in most cases its more than the price of the dress. They are not helpful in anyway and seems the customer service is wither using robot or AI as they dont really read the message but eqch time provide a standard text. Will Never order again n not recommended
