I cannot recommend Oz Home Hub based on my experience.

The chair I received was materially different from the product advertised on their website. The size, proportions, cushioning and overall quality did not match what was shown in the product photos.

After providing photographs and explaining why the product was not as described, Oz Home Hub repeatedly maintained that the item was "correct" and initially offered a 10% refund, later increasing this to 15%, if I kept it.

When I requested a full refund because the product did not match the description, I was told I would have to pay the return shipping costs myself before any refund would be considered.

Unfortunately, despite several attempts to resolve the matter directly, we were unable to reach a satisfactory outcome. I have now referred the matter to my bank for a chargeback and will also be lodging a complaint with the Queensland Office of Fair Trading.

Based on my experience, I would not purchase from this company again.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! If I could give ZERO stars I would!!! Our item took 3 months to arrive and when it did the packaging was completely inadequate so half the shelves were exposed and chipped. There were no assembly instructions and when I tried to contact someone to get them it was totally useless as they NEVER answer their phone, the "live chat" doesn't actually connect and their "support ticket" system takes days for someone to respond and they just give you excuses or tell you to open another support ticket. I have photos and copies of all correspondence and I've reported to ACCC.

I would give zero star if there is an option for that. Don't buy from them. I have been waiting for my order for over 4 months now, and no update for the order status. The customer support team is useless and don't expect any support from the team.

Ordered an occasional chair with footstool in December 2025. 7 months later and after repeated requests for information order still has not been delivered. Repeated requests via their convoluted ticket system for a refund have been met with excuses like order is in transit (but doesn't tell me where) or just to be patient.
Patience run out and no faith that I will ever see the item or obtain a refund.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

If one could give less than one star this "company" deserves it! takes over 2 months to receive item (when they said 47 days), we ordered an office desk, and once it does arrive it is nothing like the photos on their very edited website. For real,,,look at the photos and you can see where photoshop /AI was used. The desk is entirely made of wood pulp and flimsy chipboard, not even a quality MDF. There's no runners for drawers and the bottom piece of each drawer looks like a thick cardboard! Shocking quality. There is no customer service to speak of, all done via tickets/emails or chats where noone offers any information on delivery dates, tracking...nothing. Just perpetual apologies and excuses. We now realise this is just a dropshipping compnay based in Sydney and they are highly misleading. That is OK though we sorted these fraudestrers out via our bank and with ACCC and Fair Trading and we got a full refund. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AS THEY HAVE ACTIVE CASES WITH FAIR TRADING VICTORIA

I waited almost 3 months for the delivery. When it arrived it was not the chair I ordered and the footstool was missing. Its impossibke ti communicate with them. I dont think I will be getting a refund or a replacement

DO NOT BUY from them. Totally dodgy company.Have lodged complaint, along with many others, with fair trading. Fortunately my bank is refunding for non delivery after 4 months. Just stay away from them.

Very bad quality so cheap material I just put it in the parking they ask send to them 30persent took it how much is postage nothing left and no guarantee money back do not buy anything from them

After three months nothing. I’d give zero stars. Took my money and I have nothing to show. Any reviews higher than a star are paid for and worth nothing. Worst, scamming ever experienced. The name itself is a blatant lie. Chinese thieves. Do not buy.

I believe customers are experiencing long delivery because the business is offering Free Delivery + 3 months Interest-Free Payment Plans. This also applies to customers who paid in full on the day they bought the furniture.

The tracking portal states that my items have left their overseas address but it does not provide a tracking number, carrier details or any evidence that the shipment is in transit. As a result, I have been unable to independently verify the shipment’s progress.

In my case, I’m still waiting for the desk I have paid for and purchased on the 15 May.

The business may have my furniture item in stock on the day I ordered it because

1. the item was advertised on sale on Google at the time of purchase
2. the desk is an assembly item
3. the business has a warehouse in Sydney NSW

Furthermore, management system shows that the “estimated shipping date was 30 Jun 2026 and again there is no proof.

The good things are I always got an automated confirmation email and someone always responded to my queries.

I just hope it is worth the wait.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. After waiting 4 months for a delivery that was meant to be within 30 days, the consignment arrived with only hours of notice and only comprised 3 of the 4 boxes (all in a battered state), listed on the con note. Throughout the whole process I was attempting to communicate my need to understand when the delivery was expected and when the full consignment could be provided; with wholly unsatisfactory responses via their ticketing system.
The rating of this company would be strongly negative if that was an option.

I ordered an item in February 2026 and paid for it. After many ridiculous ticket messages going back and forth. It is now towards mid-July and I still haven't received my item. And I can't get a refund. There is no one to talk to as the phone number is an automated robot. I have tried on numerous occasions to contact via email but get same old answer every time. There is no tracking number or courier name. Biggest scam I have ever (only) been ripped off by. And for a considerable amount of dollars. Not happy. Disgusted.

I had a great experience purchasing furniture from this store. The product looks beautiful feeels sturdy, and match the description very well. The design is morden and fits perfectly in my home

There own reviews are untruthful. Every corresponder gives a 5 star review. The reality there is little to no support, no means of tracking an order, no means to review quality of goods prior to commitment. After 8 weeks no response and no delivery.

Hubby bought a "nursing chair" took 7 months to arrive with him constantly emailing asking for delivery tracking.
When it finally arrived it was such poor quality, the Ottoman was a pathetic little cushion not suitable as an Ottoman and the chair is terrible quality and really small. You'd think it was ordered off of Temu.
Can't be used as a nursing chair but I guess my daughter can use it one day...
I don't recommend buying from this site. BUYER BEWARE!

I agree with a lot of the other reviews here. Will never buy from this company again. Took over 6 months for the product to get here and even then it's made from cheap materials and the instructions are terrible. Tempted to bin the product and buy from a reputable brand.

Another one here to say whatever you don't order from them.
Straight dropshipped from China.
Unable to be assembled as no instructions.
They then provide a YouTube video of it being assembled in China.
The panels in the video do not match panels received
Kafkaesque ticket support system.
Bank involved and finally received charge back.
Asked them to come and pick up product and they no longer respond.

Currently subject of a NSW Fair Trading investigation due to numerous complaints.

don't use this company. I brought and paid for a wall unit back in April and numerous phone calls, text messages, emails to find out where my item was fell on deaf ears. All they would do was generate a ticket and nothing more. So, I reported the problem to Fair Trading and then got onto my bank, which was marvellous as they were able to get my complete refund back from them. After I had tried for months. Don't trust them and Don't use them. They will take your money and give you stress that you don't need.

They are a scam company. I ordered from them in February, and now, in July, I still haven't received my order. I've reported it to the police and also contacted the bank. I hope to get my money back. Everyone should focus on reporting them. Don't let them scam other people anymore.
