This is one of the worst online platform for furnitures . they don't do quality work and the online guys who takes your orders are not responsible at all .. they go round and round after we pay the money . please be careful

Terrible experience with them. They took my money and then there was a complete lack of communication on delivery. After endless follow ups over weeks, they gave one excuse after the other. Finally the sent the product 2 months late, and it was completely damaged with exposed nails etc. Terrible product quality and reliability. Would never recommend

They promise delivery in 15-20 days but they delivered after 45 days that too after constant follow-ups from my end.
Then they deliver a defective piece, the vanity it full of cracks, the draw doesn’t close, polish is bad, the stool has stains on it. Additionally they don’t respond to emails or WhatsApp. I want my refund but they don’t reply.

order arrived over a month late with terrible communication from the company’s side. (they would dodge my calls, cut my calls, not respond for days etc). when my order arrived the finish was HORRIBLE. i cannot emphasize enough on how TERRIBLE the product looks. wrong colour, nothing like the picture of the vanity table i ordered. AWFUL finish with silicon bits and tattered paint just hanging all over the product. looks like something i could have made myself with wood and fevicol.
do not trust this company and do not purchase their products is all i can say.
