Desk came relatively quickly and was quite easy to assemble by myself. Love the RGB lighting and you can feel the quality. It's very heavy.

The chair is well built but it isn't comfortable at all. The cushions are hard as a rock and definitely not worth the money paid for.

By far, they have the best customer service in the business. I started at Compusa in 1992. I finished at Best Buy a few months ago the customer service Blacklyte has top-notch the best I’ve ever worked with.forget the chair. I spent eight hours a day working in it and then 4 to 5 hours a day gaming unit absolutely amazing.

So, I researched this chair for days before making my decision, and everywhere I looked I found overwhelmingly positive reviews. I spent a lot of time comparing different options, reading customer feedback, and watching videos, and this chair consistently stood out. I needed a comfortable and reliable chair for my work area, so I finally decided to purchase it, and all I can say is Wow! It truly lives up to the praise it receives. Everything people mentioned in their reviews turned out to be accurate.

I absolutely love this chair, especially since I spend 8–10 hours a day sitting and working in it. The comfort and support make a noticeable difference during long workdays, and I find myself feeling much less fatigued at the end of the day than I did with my previous chair. The build quality also feels solid, and it has exceeded my expectations in several ways.

Honestly, this has been one of the best purchases I have made for my workspace. The only downside is the price. I would love to get a second one for my personal gaming area at home because it is that good, but unfortunately it is currently outside of my budget. If the price ever comes down or I find a good sale, I would definitely consider buying another one.

Other than me not getting a tracking number and a date of shipment of arrival, everything was great.

Scam. Ordered a gaming chair + the freebie Atlas. The Atlas didn’t arrive. It’s been 2 months. Promising something but not giving.

Very happy with my BLACKLYTE chair. There were some shipping delays, but their support team was helpful and kept me updated throughout the process. The chair arrived safely and I’m really pleased with it. Overall, a great experience and I’d buy from BLACKLYTE again.

We had a problem with our gaming chair several months after purchase. Blacklyte responded to my query promptly and as unable to fix the chair swiftly arranged a replacement which arrived within days. Superb customer service. Would highly recommend this company.

The chair is fantastic! Quality from the off set. Easy to build, clear instructions. The chair was super well protected in the box! Looks amazing too - already had 2or3 comment on how good it looks. 👍🏻 If there is one thing I’d ask to improve is the shipping and align the tracking with what’s going on - as I received the product before the tracking was updated - but that could easily have been the shipping company. Still 5stars

Ordered the Athena pro gaming chair! The lumbar support is very impressive, very comfortable chair I recommend buying! Customer service was also very responsive and got back to me relatively quickly (within a day or two)

An amazing chair, an amazing price. Considered the secretlab titan for a while until my wife told me about Blacklyte. I was able to get what I wanted, brand new, with all the same features for a fraction of the price. I bought a second hand secretlab titan evo after and have found the seat foam to be forgiving on the Blacklyte. Fabric breathes so well.

100% worth the price and so damn happy with my purchase. My back and posture have also thanked me too since switching from my centuries old DPS chair.

Ordered a chair as a a replacement to a much cheaper chair that was causing backache. I was torn between Blacklyte or a much more expensive chair but opted to try Blacklte based on other reviews.
The chair is simple and easy to put together, is well build and comfy. The backache being caused by my previous chair.
Definitely worth the money.

One of the best alternatives to the Secretlab TITAN Evo.
Spending at least £100 less but with similar functionality and a slightly softer seat is definitely a win for me.

The seat of the chair tilts back and forth slightly, even when "locking" is engaged. I wish it wouldn't do this, it feels unstable.

Customer support answered quickly, which I appreciate, but they did not have a solution.
