Worst customer service experience ever
Worst customer service experience ever! I've been chasing them for a simple return label that they seem unable (or maybe unwilling) to provide to me. The customer service keeps redirecting me to a non-existent link on my shipping confirmation email, while I've explained many times it is not there, and I've shared screenshots as proof. I have no idea what more to do. My order is ODE-648958

Frustration from Start to Finish — Will Avoid in Future
My order never arrived, and unfortunately, customer support was not helpful at all. Responses were slow and didn’t provide any real solutions or clear information. It felt like no one was taking responsibility or making an effort to fix the situation. Very frustrating and disappointing overall. I will definitely avoid this company in the future.

Very Nice offering but returns with friction
Otrium always has nice clothes from great brands at reasonable prices - delivered fast.
I‘d rate if five stars if the company fixes two things:
1) The return label has to be printed. This is incredibly annoying. This was solved much better before a few years (printed return label was included). Why is there no solution without printed label? Having to print to return stuff is a big no-no. With fashion, there is always a return.
2) many of the in-po promo codes did not work for me. I have had that unpleasant experience starting this year several times. I guess codes are country specific and did not apply for me (Germany).

REALLY bad
REALLY bad. First time I'm writing a Trustpilot review because of how horrible the experience was.
First, I should've gotten a 30%-coupon and it said at the checkout it was applied - but only calculated max. 10%. Thought 'Okay, whatever, I'll get over that', (although that's bad enough). Payed. Got an invoice via e-mail - there, there prices were the SAME as without any coupon, and it was taken from my bank account so too, even thought the price you're clicking 'order' at should be the only referential price ever, otherwise, it's simply illegal business. Tried getting a hold on any kind of cumstomer service to cancel that order all together because I'm not willing to pay 30% more than what I was promised, and also, there's almost 7€ for returns I'm absolutely not willing to pay if there's no legally valid order from my side - of course, only an AI. But told it to please forward this message to a human customer servant so they can look into it quickly and cancel the order and also give the a chance to resolve the issues before I write down my experience on trustpilot etc. Told me it would do so, and I also got a confirmation mail. But, days later, still no answer. The order was sent the same day.
As if that's not bad enough: The pakage arrived heavily damaged, and seemingly so badly that even DHL had to pause the sending to repack it again so it could be at least arrive at my place.
Then: My friend who I naively sent a 'share this code to give your friends 30% off too and you will get that also!'-mail never arrived, neither for me or for her.
Probably the worst only shop experience I have made in a good 15 years. Not worth it.

Eassy to usea and nice long return period
The app is very easy to usea and the response for the returns and issues is very eassy, fast and effective.
I travel a lot for work and what I like is the long return time, cause sometimes the package arrives when im in a business trip so I dont need to worried about the returning time in case I need to return something.
But I think you need to add more brands, cause sometimes the products are the same and not new products.

Haven’t received a full refund for my order
Returned my 2 orders around a month ago and I have not yet received my refund for the full order. Their Oliver chatbot does not solve the problem and it’s really frustrating.

I have always been more than satisfied…
I have always been more than satisfied with Otrium and have recommended it to several friends. Everything was super efficient, but in the last few months I have noticed that delivery has started to take longer, the return paper no longer comes in and when I sent an email I received no response. Despite this, I still consider it a completely trustworthy company.

Disappointing
I wanted to return two items (ODE-497474 and ODE-499569), however I received neither helpful assistance from the customer service (besides automatically generated messages that weren’t helpful at all) nor a return label. So I decided to return the items at my own expenses.
It has been a couple of weeks now and I still haven’t got my money back. That’s so disappointing and unprofessional! Beware of this online shop!
