I placed an order and, unfortunately, wanted to return the product because it was very different from the one in the picture. However, despite months passing and sending numerous emails, I haven't even received a reply.
For my first order, I'm disappointed. My order was changed; only one of the two items I ordered was sent. And they didn't even adjust the customs fees, which vary depending on the number of items. I feel like I'm being taken for a fool.
- one pair of sneaker missing (just an unclear email removing it from my order without further explanation) without any refund to date. They claimed they did (for a much lower amount than paid ) but it doesn’t show up on PayPal
- tedious delivery with DHL as documentation was not competed properly. I had to get in touch with DHL to provide further details to unblock the situation at the border
- another pair sneaker delivered in the wrong size. I had to complete the return form with no immediate confirmation and absolutely no confirmation about the refund amount (while the cancelled one is not refunded and the amount they claimed is not right)
Very limited support from customer care, just confirming their mistakes with no apology and no support.
I were a big fan of the brand and a big promoter.
Never again.
