I placed an order and, unfortunately, wanted to return the product because it was very different from the one in the picture. However, despite months passing and sending numerous emails, I haven't even received a reply.

The quality is terrible and they say they are based in the USA but they are not. They ship from China and when you try to return it they cheat and cause problems.
