I liked the balance between price and appearance. It did not feel like a luxury dress but it looked much better than the price suggested.

Do not buy from this company they are scammers. They send you out wrong size shoes and then try to scam you into buying another pair plus asking for you pay another £15 to get a refund of half of the original pair you’ve bought plus not based in netherland but china you have to pay another £24 to post the wrong ones back big scam they send the wrong size to you on purpose to scam you for more monney avoid avoid this company needs to be investigated and shut down

The order process was simple and I felt comfortable paying through the site. I received the usual updates and the package arrived safely. The dress was lighter than my older formal dresses which made it more pleasant to wear. I would describe it as affordable pretty and easy for regular occasions.

The kaftan dress is such a cute summer piece! It feels relaxed but still looks polished.

This is one of the worst companies ever for customer service.
I ordered some Sandels which came but were too wide for my feet.
I requested what was meant to be “30 days easy return” and initially offered another pair. I explained this wouldn’t make any difference and then my requests to return the item were ignored!
Steer clear!

SUCH a pretty dress for the price! It gave a premium look without making me feel like I spent too much.

The dress was pretty and comfortable but I expected the colour to be slightly richer. It still looked elegant when worn.

Pulled in by a 50% offer on orthopaedic sandals so paid £40 - took 5 weeks to arrive and awful cheap plastic quality with broken buckle. Impossible to request a return will not communicate at all - AVOID AVOID AVOID cheap Chinese company tho make out they are based in Amsterdam

THINK TWICE BEFORE BUYING. Oliva hide the fact that they deliver from China. They overprice an inferior product and make the return process expensive. As soon as you purchase on what looks like a normal delivery schedule, you are then informed of delays and then discover it is being sent from China by sea. DO NOT BUY!! If they made it clear then I would not have purchased.

This was such a GOOD find! The midi dress felt elegant comfortable and easy to dress up.

I was drawn to the collection because the styles looked soft and wearable. Some online dresses look beautiful in photos but feel unrealistic for normal days. This one felt more balanced which I liked. It was pretty enough for going out but not so dressy that I felt uncomfortable.

I was looking for an affordable dress for a family celebration. The one I ordered had a flattering shape and did not feel too tight around the middle. It looked nice in photos and felt comfortable while sitting for a long meal. I was pleased because comfort usually matters more to me than anything else.

I only wish I had read the reviews first! Very professional looking website and ordered a pair of ‘orthopaedic’ shoes with 50% off in the summer sale, still £44.95 though. Took over 3 weeks to arrive. Realised they were from China when tracking my order. Extremely poor quality, wouldn’t have paid £10 for them. No arch support, not even leather upper but very cheap materials used. I have contacted them to obtain a full refund but reading the reviews here, I doubt I’m going to get my money back! Lesson learned…… AVOID this company.

Delivery took 2 weeks to come. Wrong size sent out as feedback suggests a bigger size but they then was to big for me. Also didn't look like the picture I ordered black strap sandals received gold strap sandals.
To return these sandals I was given 3 options all of these I loose out on money.
Not very good product or service.

I ordered some shoes which took 3 weeks to arrive, the wrong size was sent, and now there is no response from the company regarding a refund.

Another scam-really poor quality goods and no really viable method to return goods. I bought 2 sizes of a dress to try and ended up with both that are unwearable. Don’t buy from here.

The striped midi dress was lighter than I expected. That made it really comfortable for a casual lunch outside.

It said 2_3 days shipping. Didn't realise coming from China & collected today....I purchased on August 6th!
If it had been cheap would have put in bin...even in sale dress was £54.00 so have to pay to return. Wouldn't use the so called dress for anything else other than to shine my shoes! Total rag

I am genuinely excited about this one! The dress gave me that effortless summer look I was hoping for.

The order arrived after about a week and the packaging was tidy. The dress did need a quick steam but that is normal for clothing deliveries. After that it looked fresh and elegant. I appreciated that there were no loose threads or strange marks when I checked it.
