Horrible experience. They are outsourced help centres that have no idea what is going on and don’t care about you.

I was told that I can have NBN and Voips in a few days. After 10 days they said they just connected NBN and after another 10 days they said they have connected one VOIP but they forgot that I had two VOIPs.
They charged me all this time and when I requested to cancel the service, they said according to the contract they need one month notice.
The interesting part of this event was that I did not have any internet or any telephone connection from this company all the time and I believe they had wrongly connected internet in another address!!

I have received a free NBN fibe fttp upgrade from occom. the experience has been great dealing with their salesman. they told me they usually require a sign up with their nbn plans to get the upgrade but he was happy to organise it for free anyway.

the plan prices are actually quite good, and i would have agreed to sign up if not because im stuck with optus due to using their email for everything and it would be too hard for me to switch to another email. Its good to see some new small businesses in the area rather than the big companies.

i will sign up with them in the future if i need a new ISP. the service has been exceptional the whole way, giving me calls every time to get the time, date arranged.

Amazing service. My mother is from Macau and cannot speak english. But because their service people speak Cantonese, it is so much easy to get resolve for install.

With 4 outages in one week, why don't you do something else and leave those who know how to manage an internet connection? We need fast and reliable internet. We don't want to pay for outages! SHAME!
