This place is dangerous
This place is dangerous! I was able to find a hat in my style and size (which is so hard to do) but was served up a few others that I loved too! An experience that is far too rare nowadays.

Bought a hat there while in NY last year. Staff was great so I needed a summer hat went on there web site found what I was looking for purchaced it looks great fits great.

Yes, this is our first purchase. We are replacing a cap that we purchase when we were in Belgium.
This is our first purchase from, JJ Hat Center. We are currently waiting for an authorization to return; the cap we ordered was the too large. I believe we will wait to evaluate and have better experience with JJ to comment then.

I loved so much about my first experience with JJ Hat Center. The selection was outstanding, and I absolutely love my new Panama hat with a cool two-tone weave. The service was excellent. I ended up needing to do an exchange because the XL was just a little too big for my head, but JJ Hat Center made the process about as easy as it could possibly have been. JJ’s has a great selection of flat caps. I understand that they have a high profile NY Fifth Avenue brick and mortar store that cost $$$$ to operate but charging more than double what their competitors charge for the same hat makes a person think twice.
