Avoid buying from here…..they send you alternative ‘colour’ items in the hope you’ll buy them instead of what you’ve ordered by saying item no longer in stock in that colour after you challenge. Do not cover cost to return to China (not shipped from Netherlands as led to believe!!) but offer ‘unrealistic discount’ to try and force you to keep unwanted items…suggest sales are poor so one way to shift the stock. Whilst cheaper than returning, I am left with items I did not order. Delivery timeline was also not met. Very dishonest sales and poor customer service. Let’s see if discount offer is refunded!

Firstly I felt duped thinking my purchase was being delivered from the Netherlands, but in fact was from china. Secondly the trousers I ordered do not resemble my order in any way, size I ordered was large but was sent something only a nine year old would have room in, aside from a terrible finish and poor workmanship, this company feels like a complete con operation, avoid at all costs.

Terrible ordered a dress for my mum it didn’t fit- took weeks to get return address it cost £16 to return and we had not received a refund appalling Jenson please respond to my emails

Terrible. Sent the wrong item. Then if you want a refund you have to pay to return it plus customs charges. Total scam. Do not prefer from them!

Fake goods are sent. Website appears genuine but work trousers received were nothing like the description or photo and very poor quality. Customer service responses are very generic and return postage costs are to CHINA. Have reported to Citizens Advice and UK Trading Standards

I would give zero if I could. The quality of the item was appalling. Returns are expensive. Avoid this company!

Items I bought were not as Advertised and are in fact Cheap Crap - and when asked for a refund I was told I’d have to pay for them to be sent back to China! Do not use this company

I bought this jacket from Jensen Fashion specifically for an upcoming wedding. The website claimed it was good quality material with a nice fit for all occasions. What arrived was nothing like described. The material is the worst I have ever seen – so thin it feels like paper mache. When I opened the package the jacket was ripped right at the shoulder. The stitching is absolutely terrible, messy and visible everywhere. This is cheap, poorly made garbage. I would never recommend this company to anyone. To make matters worse I requested a refund over 3 weeks ago and have not received a single reply. Avoid at all costs.

Complete scam. Looks like a European website, it’s not it’s Chinese. They advertise one thing, send you some cheap Chinese sh1t that doesn’t even make an attempt at being what you ordered and then to get your money back you have to send it all the way back to China. Wish I came here and read the reviews before ordering.

The item was the wrong colour and sub standard and I am being refused a refund albeit that I have returned the dress. This company's web site should be taken down as refusing a refund whilst having the goods is fraud

Purchased Retro Men's leather ankle boots. Terrible product. Arrived in a bag. Smelled of rubber. The right boot was smaller than the left and wouldn't zip up. Thought I was purchasing from the EU but when I wanted to return them I was given a chinese address. Outrageous price for a totally inferior product. offered 20% refund. STAY CLEAR

I purchased what was advertised as an orthotic running shoe size EU41 /UK 8 USA ? (another size I cannot remember off hand) I ordered an extra half size as I am a UK 7.5 . What arrived was a EU 7 they don’t fit they’re too small as it states in the shoe tag EU 41 which is size 7 the UK is 42 size 8 . They sent the wrong size. I emailed Jensen fashion explaining sent wrong size. At there request I sent them Photos of the footwear, the shipping label on package it’s order ref number & bar codes on inner packet to no avail. Between exchanging several emails with responses from them then on another email address from Jensen Mode saying to return to china or accept 20% refund
After doing some research I emailed them
Back saying I’ve no intention of shipping to china and be expected to pay for postage as well as import tax and customs fees at my expense for their mistake to china and why can I not return them to their European head quarters in Holland . Which was ignored - never acknowledged. On top of that I now realise they are not orthotic running shoes as they’ve changed the wording on the advert from Orthotic to orthopedic which is not the same. Also on my invoice/order it states orthopedic sneakers another of several discrepancies . I specifically ordered orthotics because I need them for my problematic feet. So fed up of bouncing back and forth emails to each other with them repeatedly denying to pay return shipping costs tax and customs fees.
I now note that on the parcel
I received it has a return address marked to EDWARD with a London address. I have since contacted my bank for a drawback claim to retrieve my £66.00 . My bank will have all copies of emails exchanged order ref number photographs of the orthopedic sneakers as they now refer to them as. I informed Jensen fashion & the now using for same company “Jensen mode” of my drawback claim with my bank . I WILL BE LEAVING THIS SAME REVIEW ON HERE IN THE “JENSEN MODE” A NAME THEY’RE USING but in Dutch as “Deutsche Mode Ltd”. meaning the same for same company AND leaving same review ON GOOGLE REVIEWS FOR THEY CAN NOT BE REMOVED ON GOOGLE

Con Artists! Don’t waste your cash!

Don't be fooled by their apparent credentials, the jackets I ordered were dreadful quality and return was to China! This company is a scam!

Dont shop here I would say. Looking for a UK size 9, EU 43 sandal. Found what I wanted and ordered. It arrived as a EU 42-43, which is not a UK 9. I could return but would need to pay full postage, even though they sent an incorrect item. I went for the offer of the correct pair and just pay postage. It arrived stated 43 - 44 but it is so much smaller than any of my standard UK9 / EU 43 shoes. Ridiculous, there sizing is clearly incorrect, I believe the 42 - 43 are a size UK7 and the 43 - 44 a UK8.

my order took about a month to arrive. I wouldn’t mind that if what I had ordered had arrived. It was supposed to be ‘orthopaedic’ shoes. They were not remotely orthopedic with zero support. They were hard plastic and awful quality. They would cripple anyone trying to wear them. I contacted customer service who did reply and offer a 10% partial refund. The website says 30 day return policy but they expect you to pay for the return postage to China before they will refund it which would cost a fortune. Do not buy shoes from this company, nothing like as advertised.

Zero stars are generous for this company, it took 6 weeks for the delivery of the items and the 2 x sweatshirts that I ordered are nothing more than thin T-shirts the quality is horrendous, also I got a size 2XL advertised as a size 18 as I wanted to wear them baggy however they are absolutely tiny, maybe I misread and it should be 18months as these would not fit an adult!
Absolutely no way to return them
So I will be going through visa to get a refund as they were not cheap,
