Complete fraud. STAY AWAY!!!

I have been waiting for my refund since 13/7/26 and keep getting emails stating they are still looking into it. How long does it take to process a refund or are they trying to stall and not pay?? I am getting very frustrated and annoyed at this customer service which is so poor!

complained that the jetterix nozzel was not as advertised after trying to get arefund without succses i opened a dipute with the company via paypal was then offered 75%refund without returding the nozzel whichi was happy to accept accordingly i cancelled the dipute on paypal big mistake as after20 emails they are saying the dispute is still active and cannot issue my refund i have had replies with all the excuses but still no refund do not by from this company

previous gave poor rating as no instructions included and had 1 unanswered question with promises to contact me which never happened-HOWEVER was given a substantial discount in lieu of which i did get credited to my card..that says something good about them !

30 May Pressure nozzle ordered and paid for.
14 June nozzle delivered.
Abt.16 June decided to return (unused) and return information requested.
18-26 June despite insisting on a full refund at every point, customer support waste two weeks offering part credit to keep the nozzle.
27 June customer support confirm a full refund to be given upon return.
30 June nozzle despatched with Royal Mail tracking.
2 July nozzle delivered to Jetterix and signed for.
Abt 9 July chasing email sent to Jetterix
16 July Jetterix request ‘clear readable’ photo of return
24 July customer support claim refund not possible because outside return date parameters.
28 July proof of despatch and being signed for on 2 July sent.
31 July Jetterix claim again that refund is in hand
13 August - no sign of refund.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE COMPLETELY UNTRUSTWORTHY AND THEIR 30 DAYS REFUND OFFER IS A CON.

I wished I’d read these reviews before I ordered. I have experienced the same problems as all the other reviewers. I ordered on 31st May and cancelled immediately when I saw I’d been charged more than advertised. It arrived about 4 weeks later. I’ve emailed multiple times for a return address but no joy. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. TOTAL SCAM.

The product that was sent bore no resemblance to the one advertised. I've asked three times for a return address and they just give me the run around. I've asked for the full refund that is promised in their advert. I certainly don't recommend this company as they have terrible customer service.

Expensive, and my regular garden nozzle has as much pressure. I have to pay shipping to send back from Canada to the USA which is also expensive so took the % of a refund. FYI don't take the first offer it will increase.

Yes, it's clear this company is scamming us. I've come across this style of website before. Over-hyping and overcharging is their hallmark. You order one item, in this case for £49 (btw available on Amazon for £30 delivered) and you cannot complete the order without being charged a higher sum, which in most cases is £65, which you didn't authorise because you're not shown the payment page again. AVOID, and REMINDER (again): always check out Trustpilot before you buy!

I ordered this pressure washer on May 26th and it took until June 17th to arrive. MY credit card was overcharged to the amount of £65.89 for one unit. The unit did not work and was of shoddy construction. I am now in the process of returning it to get a full refund after being offered 25% 40% and 75% refund and no return
This company and its products are part of a consumer scam. Keep well clear

I ordered a £48 jet wash hose attachment and indicated I did not want other add ons. When the invoice came onto my screen it was for £191.34, taken in two amounts. I was informed it was not possible to cancel the order unless within the first hour after ordering. Despite boasting a 2 day delivery time, it has taken them 10 days to send me a delivery date of 18th. June. No item was received that day. I believe this is a scam, -at the very best, a misleading advertisement.

I recently ordered one Jetterix sprayer and was charged for 3. After requesting a credit for the 2 not ordered I have now received a credit for the extra 2 and an email to say that my order is on its way. It took a few emails to get the credit but I’m pleased to say they were worthwhile.

RIP OFF COMPANY TRIED TO TELL ME THAT THE TRANSACTION HADN'T GONE THROUGH IN ORDER TO GET ME TO DOUBLE ORDER, PROPER SCAM ALSO ADDED £9.95 TO MY INVICE FOR EXTENDED WARRANTY WHICH I DIDN'T ASK FOR OR WANT.

Scam website. Doesn’t state price is in US$ and not AU$ which makes it much more expensive. Too easy to make duplicate payments as checkout is overrun with offers, which is what happened to me. No payment receipt from PayPal. No receipt from Jetterix. Numerous emails to cancel orders resulted in identical AI generated emails from different “people” from same email. Only after I reported Jetterix to PayPal was I able to get a refund, and saved $200 for 2 rubbish items. Keep well away from them and don’t be tempted to order at night when you’re not thinking clearly (my bad!)

Similar experience to other fake company, confusing and double billing scams in website, US dollars charges on orders on a supposed Canadian website, no order receipt confirmation or time tag info on transactions, to date no tracking or confirmation of purchase. I've been scammed 7,500 Canadian dollars for what I thought was 5,500 dollars plus delivery to Canada.
Silly me but DON'T YOU BE NEXT! AAVOID THIS COMPANY!

Tried to buy 1 jet washer, fortunately, with my credit card.
The credit card company contacted me immediately saying that multiple payments had been requested at no where the price quoted.
All payments cancelled.

They havnow been referred to the UK Fraud Office run by the City of Police

Jetterix showing your true colors. approach is clearly anti-customer and focused solely on making sales. The product’s value exceeds the shipping costs, and they are fully aware of that. This appears to be part of sales strategy. business practices alone have already soured my opinion of the product and completely discouraged me from wanting it. Thanks for nothing Jetterix!

Overrated hose item in order to clean stubborn stains. No better than a every day-hose connector
See response from Jetterix? Amazing could not find my order. I contacted them same day concerning the outrageous cost, informed too late as item had been shipped, absolute BS
