The package was shipped out the same day I ordered. The packaging was very protective and the item arrived without damage. Shipping took about a week.

Everything arrived quickly and packaged very carefully. The palettes themselves are absolutely stunning, incredible quality. The thank you note included for supporting a small Canadian business was really thoughtful. I hope to order again in the near future, and would love to see more brands eventually offered.

Amazing service. Really well packaged item. They always use one of those mini air bed type packages, so my pallets always arrive perfectly. And my packaged arrived super quick on international delivery. It took 3 days to get from Canada to the UK. Unbelievably good service.

I saved up for this beautiful Ocean Jewel makeup palette, and I just have to say that the packaging was so incredibly secure. And that made me so happy because it's always a little nerve-wracking ordering expensive makeup online, not knowing if it will arrive damaged or not. And there was no way that was happening with how well packaged it was. I’m so impressed!

I loved every step of buying through here! They had the Opal Abyss palette and some of the unearthly lipstick shades that were out of stock or impossible to get from any other place, everything came so neatly packaged and protected so nothing came cracked or broken (not even the eyeshadow!), and shipping was relatively quick considering I'm on the other side of the country.
Im genuinely very happy with everything and would consider highly buying drom here again or recommending it to my friends!!

It was amazing ! I had first reached out via Instagram about the Gloom and Gleam collection and you responded right away ! The package got to me quicker than I thoughtit would, and was so well packed together. I appreciated the extra bubble wrap and care that came with protecting the palette and reat of the collection.
