Worst experience in entire 67 years of buying a produce, then having to return it, talking to Trudy on the phone, you would think I was a criminal. I purchased a rv fender, I new exactly which one I needed when I clicked on the produce it went to wrong one, all I wanted to do was exchange it or swap it out. I guess I should have tried Amazon for buying fenders returns are simple, which I very seldom return anything. Icon wanted pictures of fenders like I had damaged them.

Icon recommended and I bought a skylight which is obviously the wrong size. They would accept it back for a “full” refund less shipping which amounts to $110 (back to Canada!). This is twice the original shipping price. The most galling thing is that Icon has a US address listed as their address but it isn’t a shipping address. SHAME ON YOU!

Do not buy from ICON if you expect reasonable customer service!

absolutely horrible customer service. I paid $38,- for shipping a fender skirt (3lbs total weight of the package). The original label showed the correct address where UPS was supposed to ship it to but then UPS created a totally different label for an address in a different city. Tracking was showing "undeliverable". I called UPS and they advised me that the package was at their hub in another city. I drove 50 miles to their hub and picked it up. The driver had put a note on the box saying that the 2 addresses didn't match. I
called ICON Direct and sent them pictures of
the box with the 2 different labels and the note
of the driver. I asked them for a refund for the
shipping because I paid to have it delivered at
our home which did not happen. The lady who answered the phone was totally arrogant and stated that ICON would not do anything about it.

UPS admitted that they messed up and promised me a refund which I never received. When I followed up several weeks later and talked to their billing department, they explained that ICON received the credit. So I called ICON and asked Doug, why they would keep the credit which they received from UPS as a result of my complaint instead of passing the credit on to me and his response was "We never received any credit from UPS, we also never complained to them."

So now, ICON made an extra profit because I complained to UPS - these people are greedy as hell and don't care s**t about customers.

I bought and installed 3 pieces of Skylight SL1414. In less than a year there are cracks and leaks all over, when I did not even drive the RV and project is still under construction. I do not recommend their products.

The price paid for items is not for seven months of their use.

Neither it was over torqued nor glued with anything except Butyl tape or polyurethane which are both expandable. They are sold without any holes for screws , so you have to drill your own holes. They were purchased in March 2019 and installed in September 2019. Metals and plastics heavily torqued in vehicles and planes do not crack or burst in expansion. But only cheap and substandard quality items crack and leak as are products from Icon Direct.

The same exact thing happen to us as the other person. They assured us part would fit, it cost us half the amount of the part to ship it back to Canada. And now we are waiting to see if we have to pay a brokerage fee. This company scams you into ordering parts that don’t fit. BEWARE!!! Stay away from ordering from Olga

Excellent - I would recommend this company to anyone

Warning to anyone buying from this company. After contacting their customer service about the parts I needed for a trailer, they gave me the part number and assured me it was the one I needed. Not only was it wrong but when I asked to return it they told me it was a 20% restocking fee, I had to pay for shipping and their return center is in Canada so I might have to pay for customs as well. These reasons were why I called to confirm it was the right part! Don't waste your time or your money.
