"Avoid at all cost" - Fraud company
This is the worst insurance company I have ever encountered. Lies upon lies.Draging out and delaying a simple matter of mine and asking the same questions week after week. Example : You need to fill this paper first week, then the week after the same questions but with minor changes...and so on until several months goes by. There's a reason they're not even top 15 and people complaining about how bad they actually are. Still until today i haven't heard anything if my car will be fixed or them paying out a reasonable amount. Though the damage inspection was made 5 days after the accident and time has passed by. They keep changing adminstrators all time, so you lose track who is actually managing your issue. In the mean while you lose money and time chasing them in order to have a simple answer. --Renovation or Scrap/cashing ?? You've been warned people, don't say i didn't warn you. Best of luck to you all out there and please stay away from this crook insurance company ICA.

While not the cheapest on the market*, ICA Försäkring is worth it, knowing we’re covered in all eventualities, including the extras to substantiate the insurance.
Thankfully we’ve not had to use it yet, but I’m sure with how easy it was to sign up and get insured that the claims process would also be just as easy.
Paying a little extra is also made worth it by receiving ICA points each month for the amount your insurance costs which normally helps us move into a higher bonus bracket!
(*Latest comparison made for an 82sqm apartment on 2024/05/14, ICA was the 2nd cheapest. Only Dina Försäkringar were cheaper, at a comparable level of insurance.)

Terrible customer service regarding contracts
We have now cancelled our insurance, just want to write it here that this is the worst company we have ever had to deal with regarding customer service. Our insurance auto renewed (at a high price) and when we rang on two occasions your service had no interest in keeping us as customers, just told us tough luck and you will have to change provider at end of term. No option to renegotiate or anything. Awful.

Hello! Thank you for your feedback! We're sorry you fell that the customer service wasn't up to par. It is good to know though that the auto-renewal of the insurance is standard as to not risk a customer becoming uninsured if the miss the end of the insurance term. A new policy letter with the new premium is always sent to the customer 30-40 days prior to the renewal so that the customer may change insurance company if they want to. Best regards, //Per-Olof
Bad insurance company
First - insurance is overprised as hell. You can get home or car insurance for half a price in a reputable company under same conditions.
Second - they won’t cancel insurance until full period is over (it’s always a year).
Third - home insurance compensation is not covering full damages (i.e. you laptop is broken by kids, they will cover like 30% of the cost unless it’s brand new).
Bad business, don’t deal with them.

A one year term on home insurances is the standard as are deductions on damages based on the age of the item.
