I started using these bottles for the family about a year ago and they are great. No leaks unless you don't put the lid on correctly (user error!) Fabulous designs so all the family can have their own colours/patterns. I ordered some new ones over the summer break and the order went missing. Inah in customer services was so helpful in ensuring a new parcel was sent out so that my kids still had their new bottles for the start of term. Very happy :)

Quick delivery, exactly as ordered.

I’ve been using free sports bottles or reusing spring water bottles instead of spending money on decent bottles. …I suppose because of bad experiences in the past with leaks. However these bottles which my grandchildren use are fantastic! Finally got some one handed use, leakproof bottles. Bought 2 of the recyclon versions and had a 3rd free.

Smart looking bottle, love the personalisation. My husband is delighted that it can work for both hot & cold drinks.

Great products, arrived quickly.

Lovely designs on the bottles, 100% leakproof - the sling is also brilliant my daughter can look after her own bottle and fits really well.

The customer service was also great Inah kept me updated when I was having delivery issues.

Service good packaged well delivery good

I recently bought the insulated steel travel mug for myself and a kids stainless steel water bottle for my daughter. I also got a deal to get a 750ml water bottle free when you spend £30. Absolutely love Ion8 bottles for the triple lock lids, ease of cleaning and loop handles for carrying. The variety as well in colour, patterns and types of material the bottles are made in is wonderful. Finally the durability when it comes to the kids bottles being dropped and they haven’t dented or been scratched at all so far!

Had 2 large and 1 small bottle for the kids, they all leak, all from the same small hole behind the spout, its strange how on here and reddit there are tons of people saying they are'nt leakproof yet on instagram every comment says they're amazing. Clearly deleting comments to make it seem they're better than they are.
