I wnted to give 5 like I always do since shopping here since 2019 as they have the best products with the best prices and fastest postage within 2 days normally but on my last order I had to return some vitamins as when I received the bottles the picture of the pill was HUGE so I knew I couldnt swallow it, so I returned the item and no free returns so cost me €7 and then I had used a voucher in the order too and this amount was deducted from the refund value too....Like I said though they are amazing and reliable but just disappointed that one return had to cost me postage and a discount code!!

Excellent online shopping experience. I found products that I hadn't been able to get in my local pharmacies, including specific Bioderma and Bio-Oil items and sizes. Prices were even better than Boots online, which was a pleasant surprise. Delivery was quick, with everything arriving well packaged within two days. It's great to support an Irish business, and Inish Pharmacy has definitely earned my repeat business. Highly recommended!

I ordered products on the 4th of June and they were delivered on the 5th of June, a one day turn around, I was gobsmacked and super impressed, absolutely delighted with the quality and response, they know what they are doing.

I ordered a bottle of La Roche Posay moisturiser. Unfortunately it arrived today but l am unable to authenticate the product as the QR code will not scan, and eventually brings me to a dodgy website and not the official La Roche Posay website. I rang the store this morning and was horrified by the condescending response I received from the lady on the phone. I am still shaking over how rude and unhelpful she was.
Please be aware that products from this site may be counterfeit, and their customer support will not provide you with understanding or assistance. I will be escalating this matter with the relevant bodies in Ireland as these counterfeit products pose a serious health risk

Just came across this online Pharmacy by accident. Ordered at 9.30 am on Thursday 12th Feb, was kept updated on status and my order was at my door by 11.00am following morning 13th Feb all the way from Buncrana Donegal. Now that's what you call a prompt service. I'm impressed. Will be my go to if I need a few items.

I ordered on Wednesday evening and my package arrived on Friday morning. Much cheaper than my own chemist I will definitely order again . Great service thank you

Donegal based pharmacy which has an excellent online shop - always good value & prompt delivery.

Will no longer stock Sudocrem due to the companies political stance. Inish Pharmacy advised that Sudocrem was bought by an Israeli company and this is why they no longer sell it.

Sudocrem is the brand I was recommened by my doctor to use on my baby.

Couldn't fault them at all. I often buy online. Goods always arrive quickly. They even put a free gift in the order which was a nice touch.

Great choice of products. Fast shipping and a decent loyalty scheme. I started buying from their online store about 3 years ago and it has been fantastic.

I’ve been buying from Inish for around 10 years - sometimes delivering to home in Sydney or wherever I happen to be in Europe (sometimes even in Ireland) - great service, always. My recent parcel went astray and the customer service was excellent and the situation was resolved. Highly recommend this company.

Shame on the pharmacy selling 3 month supply newborn product that will be out of date in 2 weeks!!! I will never ever purchase from Irish Pharmacy and will never recommend it, lost money as i was tricked and purchased 3 packs for 3 months supply probiotics that going in to the bin as date best before November 2025 wich is in 2 weeks!

To say I am truly disappointed with the service I received is an understatement. I've shopped with inish online for many years now so I decided to try the refer a friend scheme. One friend never received the link with it sent numerous times and the second person the link wouldn't work. The part I am most disappointed about and will make me not return was the response to the email I sent about this. They didn't try to resolve the problem and just decided to blame me. I will not be returning and I advise others to do the same as I now feel if an order was wrong this would be the same reaction from them.
