Humble Fax has not replied to nor complied with our email they opened as seen here below. We see several complaints about them online, regarding ripping off customers money by over-charging/repeated charges after initial charge, ignoring customers emails, not having a phone number, owing customers past due refunds, trying to force customers to pay them more money to switch to/pay them again a different 'plan' DURING customers pre-paid 30-days of service. etc, etc, etc.'

Humble Fax works well, is low cost and easy to use. I have replaced my previous web fax software with Humble Fax.

HumbleFax has been reliable for my practice. I don't send a high volume of faxes, but when I need to, it works — and at $10/mo ($120/year), the cost is reasonable for what I get.

Security matters for what I do, so I can't use the free or near-free fax services a lot of people default to. HumbleFax fits that requirement.

One thing that matters more than people realize: every fax comes with a PDF. I switched from a provider that only saved faxes as markdown — when I went to do a bulk export, I found out years of faxes had never been saved as PDFs. That was a mess. HumbleFax doesn't have that problem.

It’s an easy to use platform. It’s weird to think that in today’s day and age, you still need a fax machine. It definitely came in handy the past two months and I will most likely continue to use the platform.

Humble Fax has been a lifesaver! I’ve been dealing with an insurance company that requires documentation via fax. The first time I faced something to them, I made the mistake of going to Staples because, really, in 2026 where else can you go to FAX something? They charged me $45!! Which I paid because I had no choice. Had to fax the docs and where else can you do it? Then I started thinking about the fact I should have looked online first. So I did and after searching through a few online services and comparing prices with value of service, I settled on Humble Fax. Best decision ever. Low monthly fee and no limits to number or faxes or number of pages. So thankful I’m not still schlepping my docs over to Staples. Now if only I could get my $45 back from them! Thank you, Humble Fax!

HumbleFax is the Best. I’ve used a couple of others so I know. No surprise charges or surprise recurring charges. They also email you your payment receipt each month. You can google other fax companies (Faxlyapp) and it will show they are scammers. No need to worry with Humble Fax and also really easy to use.
