Customer service great. Product is excellent. Provides me with hourly blood pressure readings and heart rate readings every 5 minutes. Useful to track changes throughout day and night. GPS function useful too to measure distance and time on walks.

Brilliant battery life and it's much better than the big named brands, love how I can keep track of my blood pressure being a woman of a certain age.

I have been wearing this for two weeks now, alongside wearing a Garmin Instinct, and using an Omron blood pressure monitor (cuff) for comparison.
If you are thinking of buying this to keep a check on your blood pressure reading, forget it, save your money.
Blood pressure readings are way off, the hourly measurement is out by 40 points or more and never goes above 110 systolic, so I turned it off. When using the One Key Measurement to take blood pressure, it’s still some way out. My systolic blood pressure rarely if ever goes below 130 the HLTH readings NEVER go above 130 so can be up to 20 or more points different. The diastolic pressure is better and can be close. Also the readings are not out by a consistent amount they vary wildly.
Sleep can be spot on then again an hour or more out for no reason, with occasional blank gaps in the middle of the night.
Body Battery and Stress measurements seem fine. But I don’t need a machine to tell me I’m tired and stressed.
Blood Oxygen measurement also seems fine.
The Heart Rate/Pulse measurement seems OK
I have to assume the HRV measurement is correct as I have nothing to check it against.
Cycling - No GPS data taken from the phone so you get no distance traveled measurement.
Running - There is a GPS running feature that seems to work. Why can’t it also do cycling?
When exercising it only measures Duration, Kcal and Heart Rate, on the activities I have used so far, so a bit basic. Heart Rate measurement is also a bit hit and miss, sometimes measured sometimes not. It did once randomly measure a 0.1 mile walk, with quite a bit of detail and another day, cross-training. Just once for each, not requested?
Steps can be a very long way out and always far more than I have actually done.
If you happen to be doing an activity and forget to stop the timer there’s no way to edit it in the App. You can’t even delete an unwanted activity. That should be a basic function. I did find one run activity just disappeared for no reason.
Battery usage is good it still reads 69%,so yes should last 30 days.
I bought this to give me a rough guide to my blood pressure day to day and didn’t expect it to be 100% accurate because of its price point, but I thought it might be a closer than it is considering the way this technology has moved on. A lot of this could just be down to the app so could change in the future, but overall not that impressed.

Hi i bought this to monitor my heart rate more than anything as I have Atrial Fibrillation. It doesnt show anything with regards to this so im a bit confused. Also I have anxiety and stress and have stressful episodes but it also fails to show this. Am I doing something wrong.

I purchased 2 health trackers back in June and a couple of weeks ago my husbands band started acting up. It then wasn't connecting to Bluetooth. Its now not working at all. Have tried contacting the company now 3 times for a refund and they haven't bothered to reply. What I know now I wouldn't have purchased these.

I wasn't expecting an accurate reading about the blood pressure before i bought this tracker but interestingly it's reading very closely with my clinically tested one. Also it tracks my sleep really well too.
So far it's a good investment.

Very quick response from Olivia, to a query I had about pairing the band with the app. (Basically was me not reading instructions properly lol)

The device is excellent Olivia was quick to reply and kindly questioned my address before despatch as it appeared incomplete.
What no one told me was that I needed a usb with a C port to charge it,in fact I was told twice it was a usb A.
Taking the charger to a computer shop and £d17.33p and the problem was solved. But it would have been so much easier if this info was included with the instructions. Even easier fit a usb A which is standard.

The HLTH band is excellent, and the customer service from Olivia was particularly good - really responsive and prompt.
