Excellent product, I have been using this shade (Auburn) to cover my gray hair and it does the job perfectly.
I recommend 💯.

I have used the ginger Hela for about a year now. It’s really improved the condition of my hair, it’s lasts a while but so easy to top is the colour as and when I need. I often get compliments on how shiny it is now after years of permanent colouring x

I purchased the dark brown with high hopes that it would give me a great all over colour (on medium brown hair) and cover my greys. It DID NOT DO EITHER. The first time I tried the colour, I left it on for 15 min. I decided to try it again a few weeks later and left it on for 25 min (suggested for black colour) and got the same results. I have requested the address to send the product back for a full refund as promised, but no response.

I had an issue with my order and the customer service response and communications was very good and timely. They resolved my issue quickly.

Hela hair covers greys well. The applicator brush is useful.

HELA hair is a great alternative to traditional hair dyes. It is mild with no offensive smell, easy to apply and does not have to stay on your hair for as long as other permanent dyes. It leaves my hair soft with a realistic red brown color. I have tried mixing it with the Ginger color but the Ginger has a lot of orange in it. The Ginger works well though for highlights

I love it. Its easier, less messy and feels healthier for my scalp than store bought hair dyes. A great solution at a good price point. Worth it!

I was using Nova hair products and I was told there were too many dupes coming around for Nova so the original proprietor changed their name to HELA hair. I've been a long time user and was very happy with the prior results. I don't know what happened recently but I used their products and my head was burnt my hair was shredded my hands were dyed completely and my shower stained, by temporary color??! Too many knockoffs with this brand, buyer beware. What it did to my hair and face was unbelievable I will never go back, such a shame it was an amazing product, too many dupes. I even received my last order in a nova box with Hela hair products inside. Guess I have to wait 6 months for this mess to clean up. My marble sinks were also stained, which was never a problem with the prior product called Nova which you'll look that there are many other places with the same name which is ridiculous. They expect me to return the product on my dime while they destroyed my hair. The original product you didn't even need to use gloves it was so gentle and amazing and it washed out within weeks. I don't know what was in this product but this is a mess. I now look like an alpaca with stained ears and neck and burnt scalp😡😡. I was just told but an anonymous subscriber that the real Nova hair is purchased through the website trynovahair.com
I don't know what to believe anymore 😭

I will not remove my review! I lost quite a bit of hair, I also have to fix this colored mess next week! I Can't wait to see how much that will cost 🤬

I love how easy it is to use. I have never done the salon coloring because I don’t want to commit to the expense. This is a great option instead. I did struggle with finding the right color. I have more of a chestnut brown colored hair, and I tried the dark brown, which had too much red and then tried the black brown, which was too dark. I ended up having to mix the two to try to get something similar to my true color. It’s still a little on the darker side but it’s better than I expected.

I love this product so much! I have extremely hard to color gray and I hate paying salon prices or mess with severely toxic home hair coloring products. This is SO EASY! No heavy smell, and my hair comes out with a few highlights! WOW! Looks AND FEELS RICH! It does take a bit long to arrive in the mail so recommend ordering a few at a time. I use DrK Brown.Easy to rinse off in shower, having a back that’s going through PT appts I APPRECIATE the ease. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I had been using a popular drug store beard dye over the past 6 or 7 years. It's a chemical dye and sometimes irritated my skin for a day or two after application. I had yearned for a natural dye without ammonia or other harmful agents and came across Hela (formerly Nova). I first ordered the medium brown, hopefully matching my colour from the store brand I had been using with the same stated tone. However it was too light and reddish and didn't really do much to mask any greys in my beard. When I contacted them they immediately offered a full refund or to try a darker shade and I chose the brown black and it was perfect! It looked natural and didn't irritate my skin and it's kept the colour even better than the previous brand I had used for years. I will be buying this excellent product for years to come. Just be sure to go a shade or two darker than your previous dye brand to ensure the best result! (IMHO) One more thing...the format of the bottle dispensing both the colour and developer in equal measure is soooo much better than the little tubes of the previous product I had been using!

I love this product, finally i have found something which colors my grey outgrow perfect in the exact color as my own hair. Before i tried Polar hair but my hair got a orange flow, very happy with this one!

I love this product! I accidentally tried one of the fake ones before this and it left my hair very red instead of medium brown and dry and brittle…it also smelt terrible. HELA Hair is exactly as stated. It’s easy to use. The colour is very true and smells great. My hair feels soft and smooth. Even my hairstylist noticed that it was healthier on my last visit instead of brittle like before. Love it. Great customer service too !!

I ordered the product for my beard after reading positive reviews however the dye stains on the skin are not washed out even after using soap unlike my previous dye from other brand that didn’t have this issue.
Reverting back to my old dye product.

I purchased this product because of the ease of use and it was exactly that very easy to use. I keep my hair very short. So I have to dye my hair more often which makes this product extremely convenient. It also works very well on my beard. The bottle lasts me a long time. Because it doesn't take very much product for me to dye my hair.

Ordering was easy. Convenient tracking. I've been a box dye user for almost 35 years, and this product is far superior. I'm 100% gray, and the Brown-Black dye covers completely, no brassyness. Just true color. Easy to use, no mixing.
