I bought some large antique brass handles from Handle Shop Couture and couldn’t be happier with them. They were by far the best price I found for the same handles compared with other retailers.

Delivery took 3 weeks, but when I contacted the shop for an update, I received a helpful response within 24 hours on both occasions. Most importantly, the quality of the handles is exceptional—they are absolutely beautiful and the wait was definitely worthwhile.

I’m delighted with my purchase and have already ordered some more. I’ll update my review once those arrive!

Beware of this company. All made in China products so they are unwilling to process and returns or exchanges. Much better to use a traditional retailer.

AVOID. SCAM. Waiting well over a month now for some handles that they said would be 10 days. I got an automated reply every time I asked for an update om delivery. Started asking for a refund and to cancel and now don't hear back from them. Obviously a dodgy operator.

At worst this is a complete scam. At best it's a Chinese supplier who is pretending to provide dupes or copies of legitimate higher quality hardware. I luckily only purchased a sample to test out the product and see if I could see the quality and get a hand feel for a kitchen remodel. I NEVER received my order and never heard back from the company. You are better off ordering from wayfair, ferguson, or another trusted supplier.

This company is fake or a sham placed order on April 30th and still no product with no timeline in sight. Please stay away from them for your own sake. They do not deliver the product and I have spent hours trying to resolve with them. I finally broke down and just bought through another reputable company.

I actually had a very positive experience with their customer service. Brian helped me with correcting the order I had originally received and shipped me a new order with the correct dimensions. He was very responsive along the way.
I received the product and it looks fabulous when installed .

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. I was lied to about my order and its tracking information for 3 months before I could get ahead of the Courier and confirm my items were sent back to the seller over 2 months prior. A bunch of scam artists who never pick up the phone and hide behind a keyboard (IF they respond).

My experience with customer service representative Brian was poor. He lied and mislead me. Don’t trust a company that disables their Google reviews. Absolutely rubbish customer service.

We had great communication with Handle Shop Couture. They replied to our emails and kept us up to date on our orders. We expected a long delay as we knew where they were being shipped from. Have ordered a dew times already and they were great!

I'm torn. It took more than four weeks to get cabinet handles. Their site says that you can return, so I ordered extra, and in different sizes. You "can" return, but it is a massive pain, and you are shipping it back to CHINA. (And I pay the shipping.) I'm just going to re-sell locally, or keep for future use because they are good handles. Im not going to spend as much to send back as they are worth. I'm happy with the product, (Solid, and weighty brass) but would not have ordered if I had known.

Terrible experience, has been over 2 months since I ordered and payed for a fast delivery (almost 1/3 of the price) and haven't received anything. I have contact with customer service every week at least 2 times but so far I have not being able to get an honest answer of when the product will arrive or a refund.
Save yourself a trouble and don't order here, go for any more local products.

If I could give 0 Stars I would have given 0. Do Not Order!! The ítems from China don‘t arrive and they ghost you. Absolute scam!

It's a scam do not buy from them. They sent me the wrong product and won't provide a refund. They take weeks to respond to emails , I think they drop ship from factories in China so have no control over the product you receive.

3 weeks after puting the order, I had no news and no track of the order. I then asked for a cancellation that never took place, but achieved the quick delivery of the products. Once the parcel arrived, 2 items were missing. Let´s see how they solve this new situation now.

I suspect this is a scam website, i certainly got scammed.
I've been waiting forever for my order - i constantly emailed looking for my items and got a reply most of the time (from what i now suspect to be a bot) and was told how so sorry they were and how fustrating it all all must be for me - but when i demanded a refunded i got an email saying that they couldn't do that as it had been dispatched. But yet they wouldn't give me a tracking number for my order or a date of dispatch.
I usually read reviews on reddit or trustpoilot when using a site that i haven't heard of, and i stupidly forgot this time.
Please don't make the same mistake that i did - it cost me £190 😓😓😓

Every 5 star review is from a Bot or someone with only 1 review...for this company...in total.

Everyone else, one star. They never sent the handles ordered at over £1,500 and will now not communicate. Paypal, Trading Standards and Police have all been notified of fraudulent Internet Sales scam. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

This company is a scam. I never received my order, and they do not answer emails or phone calls. I have opened a case with the police and am also pursuing the matter through PayPal. Please avoid buying from this company and be very careful before placing an order.

Never ever purchase any items from them, you will never get your purchase items, is the worst decision i made.

Handle Shop Couture has a great selection of products. When I received my initial order, I was so impressed with the quality of the solid satin brass that I went looking around my house for places to use them other than in our kitchen remodel. Customer service was extremely responsive and helpful as well!
