Do not buy from this company. In Oct 2025 I bought £250 worth of riding breeches from Horze. They were too big so sent them back. I’ve written several emails to customer service for my refund and have spoken to them three times. They say they’ve refunded my money but nothing has shown up in my account. Now they don’t respond to my emails.
My riding pants arrived quickly and are very nice. I am very happy.
