Very excellent communication and job

Excellent and super competent lawyers. Always recommended!

I had been looking for a lawyer to help me with an ongoing dispute with my private health insurance provider, but I was repeatedly turned down. Most firms either said they were too busy to take on new cases or that my situation was not significant enough for them to handle.

Since German is not my native language, I also found it quite daunting to explain my situation and understand specific legal terminology during consultations.

Eventually, I found Hopkins. The process was very straightforward. I was able to book an initial consultation online by simply selecting a time and paying the fee.

Lawyer Franz Robert Schoch called me for the appointment and kindly conducted the consultation in English, which I greatly appreciated. He explained the legal aspects clearly and provided very helpful advice regarding my situation.

Overall, I had a extremely positive experience and would recommend Hopkins to anyone looking for accessible and practical legal advice.

Very disappointing experience.
I hired the firm to handle my case. I never received any further updates or legal progress, only repeated invoices.
It’s been months. I reached out multiple times by email and phone, but got no clear communication or solution.
In the end, I was asked to pay despite no progress on my case.
I would not recommend this firm based on my experience!

Good results. Simple communication.

I had a disappointing experience with this law firm. Despite multiple urgent requests for a callback, I received no response. The initial consultation offered little beyond what I had already discovered through my own research. Overall, I felt that my case was not given the attention it deserved. I would advise others to consider alternative legal representation.
Due to the urgency of my case and the absence of legal help, I gave up my rights and lost money.

It is NOT "misunderstanding", you are "stealing" concept! One already-CANCELLED mandate does NOT mean that you can charge me whatever you want!!!!!
I have cancelled the mandate at very beginning according to German law "Widerrufsrecht", Because you are always not responding to my emails after getting my mandate! very irresponsible!
You so-called "service" did NOT exist at all! Deckungszusage is kostenlos according to your "Angebot", after that, I have NEVER contacted with the lawyer "Arend Liese", NO any communication, No any appointment with this lawyer at all!! But they sent me an invoice of ca.250 euro for so-called "Beratungsgebühr"!! It is very very awful. I have sent many emails to complain, but no response anymore. It is horrible.

I was forwarded through various people for each phase of my case. However the process is very fast and transparent. The consultation is clear and reliable. The competence of the lawyer (Wittmiss) in front of the court is phenomenal. Highly recommend using this service from Hopkins groups for any work law dispute. My case was handled by Rechtsanwalt Häbel-Dziubek and Wittmiss. I am extremely satisfied with the results and the lawyer fee. Definitely highly recommend for all people who have issues needing legal suppport.
