This website allows you to find technicians qualified to do work around the house, be able to connect with them and compare so that you can choose what best works for you. The service is ver fast. I higly recommend it.

Need costing on a on a project I had no idea what costs looked like. This was to supply and install a porch railing. Posted the project and within minutes I had 3 quotes and choose a supplier. Next steps is to complete then install. Hopefully it will be a job well done. Keep you posted.

My bed was built in 2.5hrs and a great job.

I hired PAUL from ROYAL CAULKING AND PAINT based upon the reviews he had on Homestars. I hired him to re-caulk the base of the outside walls on both sides of the house. Not only did he do a superb job but he communicated well before and during the job, making sure we got what we wanted, as well as offering good advice based upon his experience. In addition, he noticed one or two other possible problems and fixed them at no extra cost. Paul is efficient, very competent and honest.

We paid $1800.00, and it was an awful experience. Very unprofessional, and this was the manager.

Did not clean their mess, kicked around the garbage (metal) hitting my snow blower, used my latter (did not ask), and left me with all of the garbage for the new packaging.
They do not re-use or recycle.

HE would not provide me with the manual for both the remote and machine itself. So I could reset my password for the garage.
YOU DO NOT NEED THE APP/WIFI to set up (it's such a scam).

The remote is the same as the old one and uses the same battery, heads up community members they over charge for everything.

You are better off, buying the parts, YouTubing it, and asking a family friend to help set it up. I'm glad it over, and we paid for him to just leave so we can clean.

I contacted homestars and michael from CNM land scaping responded to me within minutes and he was there at hy house in the morning at exact time as promised and did a very good job in mowing my lawn.Thank you for your service

I’ve been using HomeStars for years for different projects around the house, and it’s always been useful.

In the past three months, I hired two contractors through HomeStars — one to replace a retaining wall around a raised flower bed and another to replace the decking on our rooftop patio. I got about 3–4 responses for each project, some almost right away and some a few days later.

This year I had two fairly big projects going on at the same time, so it was really helpful to keep everything in one place — contractor reviews, messages, quotes and conversations.

I did get fewer responses than in previous years, but that may have just been because of the timing of my RFQs. Overall, still a very convenient way to find contractors and keep the process organized.

Website is easy to navigate for small jobs. I have used many companies that I found though Homestars for other jobs.

Perry Rose Landscaping did an exceptional job removing 10 eighty-foot trees from my property. They are a very professional, efficient, and hard-working team. They completed the job and cleaned up the yard with the minimum of fuss possible. Perry Rose's pricing was by far the best that I could find. I would highly recommend them for any tree-related work.
