I didn’t even know about Home Outlet Direct until I started searching for a 48-inch stove—something I wouldn’t normally choose, but it was already fitted for my space.

From the beginning, their pricing was very competitive, but what truly stood out was their exceptional customer service. They genuinely go above and beyond to make their customers happy.

When I found out my stove wouldn’t be delivered for 3–4 weeks, I explained that I had an upcoming vacation and wasn’t expecting such a long wait. Their response was, “Leave it with us—we’ll see what we can do.” Within 48 hours, both my stove and hood were delivered!

That level of care and urgency is rare. They truly know how to treat their customers.

Company was great- however shipping time was not accurate. Took an additional 3 weeks from what we were told to receive our appliances.

I had the best experience with HOD and specifically Grace in their customer service department! When we initially ordered the appliances, the color combo we wanted was out of stock. So we ordered other ones. While we were waiting for them to ship, the ones we wanted came back in stock, and she helped us get our order changed with no issues.

Then once the appliances arrived, all was well until we unboxed our range. Unfortunately it had cosmetic damage (no fault of HOD) and when I contacted them, they went above and beyond and got a new one sent to us in a very timely manner. Throughout the whole process, Grace contacted me numerous times via email and phone to make sure that we heard from the manufacturer and to send us order updates. She also contacted me to confirm that we received the new range and that everything went well. I would 1000% order through them again and highly recommended them!

I'd buy again. Much quieter and much more powerful than the one I replaced. On the lowest setting, it's barely audible. On the highest setting I can still watch TV without issue.
